Received the Kraftig bed and am EXTREMELY happy with it. True artisan craftsmanship!

We ordered this bed (in steel panels rather than wood) after using the steel panel Queen size bedframe for a few years (also love that one!) It is very heavy (around 245 lbs in packing) but went together fairly easily and is sturdy and beautiful. It was packed for shipping extremely thoroughly!

Shipping
Shipping: Prices F.O.B. Portland, OR. Prices shown are only for domestic U.S.A. shipments. Please contact us for orders to Hawaii and Alaska.

International Orders: Delia ships to international destinations. Please call for individual quotes. You, the customer, are responsible for all duties and taxes. If Delia is charged back by the delivery company for any unpaid duties or taxes we will charge you for these fees.

Damages: You must report all damaged items within 7 days of receipt. If you do not we cannot replace or repair. This is because UPS and other carriers will not refund our insurance unless we initiate a claim promptly. Delia has shipped thousands of orders and we rarely have damages because we are packing 'maniacs'.

ETA: All of the work is handmade. Please wait 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive. We are often much faster but such is the world of handmade. If you have a rush job ask to see if we can meet your deadline.
Refunds and Exchanges
All Sales are Final: Returns will not be accepted without approval from Delia and are for repair or replacement only. You cannot return it because you "don't like it". All of our work is handmade and the variations in texture, color, finish and small size alterations are part of the work's appeal and value.
