Handmade in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Delia Langan is a Williamsburg, Brooklyn based jewelry designer who creates high quality, unique handmade jewelry. Her jewelry is handmade in house at her storefront location at 242 Grand Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Delia has been in love with jewelry since she can remember. As a young nerd, she collected stone identification kits and enjoyed spending time with her rock tumbler. By college, Delia hammered out jewelry on the floor of her dorm room while students and professors streamed in and out to trade cash for her jewelry. Some people got the wrong idea, but as more girls around campus acquired her jewelry it became clear that she was not a drug dealer, but was in fact a growing jewelry designer.

Today, Delia Langan Jewelry has been headquartered on both coasts and has loyal customers in over 25 countries. Delia’s design philosophy remains unchanged: she bases every design purely on the beauty of the materials she uses. All of her jewelry is hand crafted from 14k gold filled, sterling silver, and semi precious gemstones. In 2016 Delia joined a co-op of jewelers with a studio and storefront located at 242 Grand Street, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

    This is a mom and pop casting company located in the diamond district. They hand cast my bangles for me from an original bangle that I handmade. Cast metals do not undergo soldering and are thus less susceptible to tarnish.

All jewelry is hand crafted from gemstones, 14K gold filled, and tarnish resistant sterling silver. Delia Langan Jewelry is versatile, unique, and made to last.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
If your selection arrives damaged for any reason, please photograph the item and any other signs of damage immediately and contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will work out a solution. We cannot accept returns of damaged goods that have not been reported 2 days after delivery confirmation.

• No cash refunds for undamaged items. Store credit and exchange only, shipping charges apply.

• RINGS - PLEASE have your fingers sized before ordering - you'll thank yourself later! It's worth knowing, and it's a major bummer if your rings don't fit. Exchanges for different ring sizes are $5 per ring, including shipping. Each individual ring is custom made to order to the size you specify, so your cooperation in finding your size is greatly appreciated. *Ring sizes over size 10 are final sale and may take additional time.

• Please note that gemstones in this store are natural stones. There will be slight variations among the stones, which makes them beautiful. We cannot accept returns due to slight stone imperfections unless the stone is visibly damaged or broken.

• Custom Orders : Custom jewelry is final sale. I will be happy to adjust sizing for additional labor and material fees.

EXCHANGES / RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS

• We want you to be happy with your jewelry! We allow exchanges and returns for store credit. Both must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy, so please make sure you are able to personally receive your package within this timeframe.

• Buyer is responsible for shipping fees in the exchange process.

• No cancellations after 4 hours of order placement, since the order fulfillment process sometimes starts immediately after the order is placed.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM :

• Please email us prior to returning your item to notify us of your reason for exchange, and download and fill out the return form which can be found here : https://delialangan.com/pages/exchanges-and-returns

• Package items AS YOU RECEIVED THEM. In a bubble mailer, in a box. Jewelry sent in a paper envelope will be torn out of the envelope. We are not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the mail.

• If you're mailing a necklace make sure you securely wrap it around something, as we cannot untangle your jewelry for you.

• Fill out and include the return form in the package.

We accept payment through credit card, PayPal, and personal check.

Payment is preferred at the time of your selection; after 5 days we reserve the right to cancel an unpaid sale. However, you are always more than welcome to purchase again.

If you choose to purchase with personal check, we will wait to ship your selection to you until we receive your money order or check in the mail. Please check with us first before mailing a check so we can provide you with a safe delivery address.
Shipping
• All orders ship between 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS after payment is received. Please understand that this time frame applies to *ALL SHIPPING METHODS* including Priority and Express Mail. In other words, your order will go out in the order in which it was received, regardless of your preferred shipping method, so please make sure you consider the ship-by date when placing an order you need to have expedited! Custom orders are not guaranteed within this time frame, as they take additional time. Please note that Priority shipping is EXPECTED, not guaranteed.

• We love hearing from our customers but *please do not reach out to us regarding shipping time* unless your order appears to be delayed.

• You will receive an email with your tracking number after your item ships. If you are concerned about a package that has already shipped, you can either input the tracking number emailed to after your item has shipped, or call 1-800-ASK-USPS and provide them with your tracking number.

• If you need something by a specific date, please contact us IN ADVANCE and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

• International orders usually - but do not always - have delivery confirmation. Visible tracking can be limited as the package is processed Internationally. We are not responsible for items lost internationally or in customs.

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that you are shipping to a safe delivery address. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address and we receive a delivery confirmation we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• Very rarely, a package can get stuck or accidentally re-routed, resulting in delays that can make it seem like it's gone missing. Therefore, we like to wait at least four weeks before declaring a package permanently lost. Thanks for being patient!
Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS

Due to high order volume many of our pieces are made in advance. Please note that if you need a necklace to be longer or shorter **that is considered a custom order** you must contact us prior to purchase so that we can adjust the price accordingly. Please do not purchase the item with a note explaining your desired chain length without contacting us prior to purchase.

******All custom orders including chain adjustments must be requested PRIOR to purchase.******

Custom orders are always welcome, and items can be adjusted in length or size for an additional fee.

If there is anything you see that you would prefer in a different material, gemstone, style, size, color, etc., contact me and we would be happy to create it for you. You can search within our shop for the specific gemstone you are looking for to give yourself an idea of what we have available.

Please understand that custom orders take additional, time and sometimes additional material, so please be patient and understand that custom orders may not fall within our standard ship-by timeframe.

REPAIRS

Please allow 2-6 weeks after payment is received for repairs to ship.

LOST EARRINGS

We try to provide ear backs with your earrings to prevent your earrings from falling out. Unfortunately we do not offer single earring replacement. If you lose an earring, purchase a new pair and that way you'll always have a spare!

PLEASE NOTE

This is a small 1-2 person shop, so we often cannot repair / replace / process returns from October to December due to high volume of orders and travel.

Sizing details

We have provided the measurements, as well as other relevant details, in the description of each item!

You must provide your correct US ring size(s) with any purchase of rings in the "notes" section at checkout. Not providing us with your size will result in delays.

Shipping

How long do I have to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order you must contact us within 4 hours of when you place your order. Many pieces are custom made and once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled or returned.

What is your repair policy?

Repairs are free within 30 days of purchase, please email support@delialangan.com to notify us of any damage. You are responsible for shipping your own item back to us. If you damage your jewelry after 30 days email support@delialangan.com with a photo of your damaged item and a detailed description of when you received your jewelry and how you damaged it.

Oh no! I lost an earring - can I purchase a single earring?

So sorry to hear that! Unfortunately we I only sell earrings in pairs since our earrings are custom made as pairs. We include rubber backs with our earrings for this reason!

Will my gold wear off over time?

We do our best to respond very quickly to our customers (usually within just a few hours!) but please understand that this is a very small operation and we do not work 24 hours a day 7 days a week (yet!). We greatly appreciate your patience as you wait for our response. We do respond to messages on weekends if we can, but we generally keep standard business hours so we'll probably get back to you the following week.
