Because all items are made to order please allow 5-7 business days of crafting time before your order ships.

I use United States Postal Service First Class mail for all orders. Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed unless an Express mail is used. Please keep in mind that the shipping times should be added to the current order production time to estimate time of arrival. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Express send me a message via etsy after placing your order and I'll send you an additional listing for that.

If you are shipping domestic and you purchase multiple items, if the shipping cost adds up to $7.00 or more I will automatically upgrade you to USPS priority mail at no extra cost.

USPS First Class Mail within the US generally takes 3-10 business days, however, can at times (very rarely) take up to 3 weeks. Shipping charges include shipping costs, delivery confirmation and packaging costs. If you upgrade to Priority or Express mail, please be aware that the order processing time still applies.

I use United States Postal Service International First Class Mail to ship my international packages. Please allow 2-6 weeks for shipping. Shipping charges include shipping costs and packaging costs. Please keep in mind that I can't track an international package once it's left the U.S., nor can I control how long it gets held up in customs.

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees. Please be aware that in some countries, especially the UK, these fees can be quite high. I will not mark the customs form as a gift, as this is illegal for me to do so.

All orders come beautifully packaged in a modern paper sleeve, with jewelry care instructions, and a mini polishing cloth if applies to your item. Also, you may include a message at checkout with a brief note for me to include with your gift.

If you would like me to ship your item to someone as a gift, please enter their address as the shipping address, and I will ship directly to them.

No purchase invoices will be included with any order so you don't have to worry if you're sending a gift. If you need your receipt you can get that through your Etsy account.

Shipping times can vary greatly. Please contact me if you haven't received your package in the US within 3 weeks, and within 8 weeks for international packages. Though it does not usually take that long, packages have, on rare occasions, had an exceptionally long delivery time. Once a package has been noted "delivered" I cannot do anything else from my end. If your package shows it was delivered but you didn't receive it please contact your local USPS carrier or visit your local USPS office with your tracking number to locate your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your jewelry. If there is a problem or defect with your order, please let me know within 2 weeks of receiving your items.

There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders. If a mistake was made on my part, I will fix it immediately and refund any return shipping fees. I cannot remake any piece without the original piece returned. If a mistake has been made by you, it will be at your expense to have a new item stamped, if that is what you choose to do.

If you have purchased an item that is not customized and are not happy with it, please contact me within 2 weeks of receiving your order. These items can be returned or exchanged only if they are unused and in the same condition as when it was shipped within 2 weeks of you receiving the item. Buyer pays for all postage fees for returned/exchanged items.

If your jewelry breaks after you start wearing the necklace, please return it back within 60 days from the day of purchase. I will fix it for free but there will be a charge for shipping. If your item breaks after 60 days, this is considered regular wear and tear and there will be a charge for repair services.
