Most of our jewelry is handmade using 14kt gold fill, rose gold fill & fine sterling silver chains, clasps and components.

14k gold fill is a beautiful more affordable alternative to solid gold as it is a genuine layer of gold permanently bonded onto base metal with heat and pressure that contains 100+ times more gold than gold plated. It is extremely durable, won't chip or flake and is tarnish resistant.

Our jewelry wears extremely well. With proper care it can last years.

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish, there's no way around that, but it can easily be polished back to its original shine very easily.

We have some vermeil pieces (sterling silver heavily dipped in 14k gold). Each listing lists the materials used.

Please refer to the individual listing for what we info we need from you. We also recommend checking your convo's for any messages we may have left for you with questions about your personalizations. Your order may be delayed if you do not respond.

If you don't check your Etsy convos then please leave us an email that you frequently check.

If you don't leave clear directions for your order and you don't respond to our convos/emails then we will have to refund your order.

We are currently on a 1-2 day production time before shipping your order, but some custom pieces may take longer. Please message us if you have any questions.

We are happy to do returns/exchanges on non-personalized jewelry.

Earrings are not eligible for returns for sanitary reasons unless they are still sealed in our special packaging. No exceptions.

Buyer is responsible for the returning the item to us. Returns must be shipped back in the original packaging. Any necklaces or pieces with chain must be returned on the hangtag to prevent tangling. Items that are improperly packaged & damaged as a result will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. We refund minus the original shipping costs we paid.

Exchanges charged a $4 reshipping fee (includes tracking).

Please message us for a return/exchange form that MUST be included with your item you are sending back.

Most of our jewelry comes beautifully packaged in our custom branded jewelry box, a sueded jewelry pouch and jewelry care instructions. Sometimes we run out of some items, so we always include it when we have it.
Note: Earrings 30mm and under do not include full gift packaging.

We are mindful of excess packaging so we ship multiple items in one box unless you request separate boxes in the notes at checkout.

Your item will ship in 1-2 business days. Holidays will affect these times. Check our shop announcement for current times.

The USPS is experiencing delays due to Covid 19. Your patience is appreciated.

Estimated shipping times:
• First Class: 2-10 business days
• Priority Mail: 2-5 business days
• Express : 1-2 business days

• We ship packages Monday- Friday.
• We do not ship on holidays where the USPS is closed.
• We ship with tracking. If a package shows scanned as delivered and you didnt receive it, convo us as we will try to help you locate the package.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package does not arrive you can call your local postal service to inquire about your pack

Delivery times are based on the country you are in. We ship to very limited countries.

You will receive tracking the you can track while your package is in the USA. Once your packages leaves the USA you will not be able to track it until it is scanned by your customs.

Once your package leaves the USA we can't contact your countries customs/postal company.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package does not arrive please reach out to us so we can help you. Packages that are held up at customs are completely out of our control.

Customs/Duty Fees:

International customers, please be aware that your country may charge an international customs fee/ handling fee in order for you to receive your package. Your local post office will contact you and hold your package until this fee is paid. Please check with your country if this fee is required. Customs fees are at the expense of the customer.

If you refuse the package we will refund the cost of the jewelry, not the shipping as it was already paid for and used to ship your package.

Due to buyer and seller protection policy changes on etsy in 2022, we are no longer allowed to change your address after you place your order. Please double check that the address is correct as we can not make changes or refund the order unless it has not started production. We can cancel the order if its requested in the first 3 hours after purchase and you can reorder with the correct address.
