Please have a quick read of our shop policies if you are considering buying any of our products...

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
All payments to be made via Paypal at point of purchase.
All items will ship within 2 working days of payment*. Costs shown are based on a single pack purchases.

UK - Items will be shipped via Royal Mail Standard First Class (1-2 days delivery).

Overseas - Items will be shipped via Royal Mail Standard Airmail as a small packet (approx. 3-5 days delivery depending on the Country). All Customs fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer without exception.

Insurance is not supplied on our postage, but it can be added at an extra cost if required.

* Please note payment by Paypal eCheques will only ship once payment has cleared (usually 3-5 days from the transaction date).
Refunds and Exchanges
Items will only be refunded or exchanged if they are damaged on arrival.

In the unfortunate event of this happening, please contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery and attach a photograph of the damaged items and their packaging.

The damaged items (and their original packaging, where possible) must be returned to us before they can be refunded or exchanged. The cost of returning damaged items is the responsibility of the buyer, but we will cover the postage of the replacement item.
