I accept Paypal only! I prefer immediate payment, but if you see something you like but can't afford it and want it reserved, I will turn the listing into a custom listing with your name on it. You have 14 days to pay before the listing goes back to normal.

For all custom listings over $50, I ask for a 50% down payment using two (2) separate custom listings. The down payment helps me buy supplies in case I am low or out and assures me of your commitment. : )
I ship USPS using my own recycled packaging as much as possible, which keeps your shipping costs low. I try to be as fair as I can be (no $2 earrings with a $5 shipping fee--absurd if you ask me!), and if I over estimate a shipping cost a $1 or more, I will refund you the difference.

I ship safely as well, using old newspaper, tissue paper, and bubble wrap where necessary.

FOR ALL HAIR FALLS, however, I ship US priority flat rate boxes. It ends up being quicker and cheaper than if I shipped in a plain brown box. )

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: please convo me before you make a purchase so I can research you accurate prices (usually using UPS or FedEx). Heavy things like books or some wall decor will jack the shipping price up. Ex.: A journal weighing a few pounds might cost $50 to ship to Europe or Australia. So I won't be hurt if you decide not to buy. : )
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with an item, please convo me so we can try to resolve the issue. If you are still unhappy, I will refund you the cost of the item minus the shipping costs once the item is shipped back to me.

I am an avid emailer and talk a bit too much sometimes (as evident above, lol), and I enjoy rational, coherent conversations. One of my pet peeves as a seller is a buyer with poor communication skills. I am a real person on the other side of the screen and I am incredibly friendly with my public. A simple hello goes a long way. : )
