Quality-wise, it's fantastic l better than I anticipated. The material feels really good and well-made. Delivery was smooth and within the promised time frame. All our dresses are made according to the customer measurements to have the best possible fit.
Size and alternations
We always request your body measurements and help you choose correct size. If you have the opportunity, it is better to take measurements professionally.
However the dress may require alterations to give you a perfect fit, which you can make with the help of local seamstress. Please, plan your budget according to this.
Choose the larger size to do alternations if you have any doubt about your size.
Delivery cost and time
We ship WORLDWIDE.
Dresses:
We use UPS express delivery, which is free of charge for you. It usually takes 4-10 business days to arrive depending on destination.
Robes, boudoir dresses:
We use UPS express delivery, which is free of charge for you and takes 4-10 days to arrive.
Customs fee
Please note that according to Etsy rules buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds, exchanges, cancellations
We do not accept returns for wedding dresses, for robes and boudoir dresses and custom wedding dresses(style change).
