The ultimate goal here at Deluxe Junque is to provide accurate descriptions on quality items while providing fast customer service. Shipping
All items will ship USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes 2 - 3 days in transit. The shipping department (that's me!) is dedicated in processing your order as quickly, efficiently and accurately as possible. All orders are processed once received and packaged with care. Pre-made items will ship within 48 hours of receiving order. If we have to whip up your purchase real fast, it usually ships w/in 5 days of purchase. During the busy holiday season (think Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), turn around time may take an additional 5 - 7 days so keep that in mind when ordering.

International Shipping:

We ship to Canada, Japan, Australia and Europe. Estimated International rates are shown. If at time of shipping your package requires additional postage, you will be emailed a 'Payment Request' invoice via Paypal for balance. Item will only ship upon full payment of postage fees.

Postage shown is for International Priority. You may choose another option, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote prior to purchase. International Priority Small Flat rate envelopes are not insured by the USPS. Purchasing insurance is suggested as this size missing package is not reimbursed. Be advised though in my 14 years of shipping internationally, I have only experienced 1 lost international package in May of 2010.

Any duties/GST incurred will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. We has no knowledge of the actual duty fees enforced by your country. Customs delay may occur and unfortunately, we have no control over this.
Due to this, please allow up to 4 - 6 weeks for international delivery.


Lost Packages:

If the unfortunate does happen and a package goes missing an investigation will be initiated. Depending on the carrier, service used and situation, it may make more sense for the destination address to start the claim process. Refunds will only be issued once claim is approved by carrier.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your item. The item must be in the original unused, unworn condition as it was shipped to you. Please notify us of the return via email. You will be given a ‘Return Authorization’ number (RA) to be put on the outside of your package. Please note reason for refund, received damaged, too big, not as expected, etc. Sorry, return shipping costs cannot be refunded and are the responsibility of the recipient. All returned merchandise must be insured. If items are not insured and it gets lost and doesn’t make it back to us, we cannot give you a refund. We cannot give refunds until after we receive the merchandise and it is inspected. Any unauthorized return, (meaning sending a package back without an RA number), will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.


Exchanges:

We will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your item. The item must be in the original unused, unworn condition as it was shipped to you. Please notify us of the exchange via email. Items not cool for refund or exchange:

You will not receive a refund or exchange after the 14 day return/exchange period has elapsed or if an item has been damaged by you. Example: You dropped the item and it shattered, or you cut it while opening the package, etc. We are not responsible for mis-use, mis-handling or any other actions attributable to the purchaser and or carrier. (US Post Office).

At times items are marked down for a quick sale, these sale items are a Final Sale and not returnable.
Additional policies and FAQs
Shortages:

Please notify us via email, within 5 days upon receiving an order that it is missing something. The shorted item will ship promptly.


Damages:

Please check your package as soon as it arrives to verify all is well. If something does get damaged in transit as a result of shipping, contact me immediately via email or Convo through Etsy. I will need to see the damaged item before claim can be started via pictures sent through email or returning said item.

Please save the box and all packaging supplies which include peanuts, bubblewrap, etc. for claim inspection. A claim will be filed right away. At times, the claims examiner may need to see how the item was packaged and if packaging material is not present, the claim will be denied and seller will not issue a refund. Once claim is approved, the buyer will be refunded. Depending on item and/or damage sustained, the item may need to be shipped back to seller before the claim can be processed, this is all up to the shipping carrier used
.
Insurance is strongly suggested for International shipments. If insurance is not purchased and item is damaged or lost in transit, a claim will be filed with the USPS. This process cannot be started until after the package is in transit for 30 business days. A refund will be given when the claim is approved by the Post Office, not before.

Unfortunately, Deluxe Junque cannot guarantee the approval and/or time frame of any claim.


Privacy Policy:

With respect to our customers, we do not and will not sell market, distribute, trade, barter or share customer lists or our customer's private information with any other businesses or people. All information gathered from visitors and consumers via this website is used solely by and for us. The information we collect, such as name, address, email, phone number, etc. is what you provide to us when you place an order. We do not record credit card information, this is handled by a third party, www.paypal.com The information collected is used to get you the merchandise you’ve ordered. We do link to PayPal for processing all credit card orders. They will collect detailed information such as names, addresses and credit card numbers. Please review their privacy policy and contact them if you have any questions. We may elect to contact you via email regarding your order or to send you information about upcoming sales or special events. If you do not wish to be contacted for any other reason except for order information, just drop us an email and we will gladly take you off the mailing list.
