When should I order my sugar cubes?
We are in our busy season so order early especially for absinthe and colors. We recommend ordering at least one 1-2 months ahead of events but as longer is fine.

How long do sugar cubes last?
Our sugar cubes are made with pure cane sugar and nothing else. Sugar has no real shelf life, meaning it can last just about forever. We do recommend that you store it in a dry location out of direct sun and enjoy it within 2 years of purchase.

Where do I store them?
Skull Sugar cubes are just like normal sugar, keep them out of the direct sun and in a dry location. Do NOT refrigerate.

DemBones orders are always packed in black tissue paper with a kraft shred and are suitable for shipping directly as a gift. Just make sure to provide a gift message including your name so they know who sent it.

In addition we have gift wrapping available for some items for an additional $5. Gift wrap features kraft box or wrapping and raffia ribbon and ships in a poly bag to decrease waste. Some larger items may have black wrapping.

Life is All About Choices:
Etsy has requested that we feature FREE SHIPPING in our shops. As you may have guessed free shipping is not without a cost. We have been told to build it into the cost of our items. These listings will have shipping is included in the cost of the item, look for a complete breakdown of the pricing is at the bottom of the item description.

In most cases the identical item is also listed with traditional calculated shipping. It is up to you how shop. PLEASE NOTE: if you are buying multiple items shipping will be less with calculated shipping.

MULTIPLE ITEMS: If you are buying multiple items and shipping seems high contact us for a custom order. We try to refund all overages.

"One Of A Kind" often we make multiples of an item especial ceramics. We use the same drawings, clay, glazes, beads or linoleum blocks to create them but they are never identical. If you wish to buy an item please look through the photos, it will give you an idea of some of the variation that occur.

If we no longer have something in stock. We can create another that is similar. If you are interested, please contact us in the convos here on Etsy for a custom order.

Please allow at least 2 weeks around major holidays to receive your order. We do everything possible to ship as quickly as possible. Once we ship the order the post office will not guarantee how fast it will arrive.

DemBones items are primarily food and personal items. It is illegal for us to accept a return and resell items. Please review the item carefully before purchase.

Some items may be eligible for returns. You will be responsible for returning the items in the same condition they were shipped. Please send us a message before returning any item. Subject to 30% restocking fee - no shipping will be refunded. Additional information and photos of the items will be necessary before we issue a RA number.

Shipping Damage
We take special care to pack order so that they arrive safely. Damaged items are not eligible for a return. We will assist you getting a refund with the shipper. You must keep all packaging and photograph it and products.

Please note at this time we are not offering international shipping due to constantly changing packaging and import regulations. As a small business we need time to sort through the regulations to legally sell and ship in many countries. Thank you for your patience.
