Announcement   I'm downsizing, de-stashing, decluttering: so look for lots of supplies and intriguing goodies to be showing up in the next couple of weeks. It's all truly VINTAGE and, like your seller, older than mud. I have vintage clothes, shoes, paper, patterns, fabric and doilies and linens. It's a beautiful thing but I'm buried in all of it! If you're looking for old readers or grammar books, I'm your gal. I will be listing some beautiful old children's books, too.
My policies are flexible so convo me! Are you looking for something? Let me know, as I have a roomful of stuff to share. I will work with you on price sometimes; please be reasonable.
Please visit my good buddies; they have fabulous stuff!

About

Confessions of a Hoarder

Long ago and far away, my mother took me to an outdoor market. I dug through a pile of plates, picking out a sweet ironstone saucer. I was four. That was the beginning and I've never been able to look back. Raising my son, we spent every weekend set up at a local flea market, selling vintage clothes, knickknacks and jewelry, along with various items that I made. Along the way, I changed directions a lot but my love of vintage remained firm. When I returned to school to finish my degree, I closed my brick and mortar store and put everything into storage. Unfortunately, shortly after that a flood took it all along with the little creek side home we were living in. I made an amazing discovery: there is always more stuff! And while I am using up what I can, my affinity for fabric, linens, patterns and decorator items far outreaches my room or ability to use it all up. Therefore, this shop. I have been fortunate enough to be able to share this amazing stash with many clever and talented etsians who send along pictures of the wonderful things they have created with fabric from my shop. They have sent along pictures of how my little contribution fits so perfectly in their lives. They have worn different pieces of vintage to wonderful events. And I am delighted and grateful for all of the support I have received in this wonderful endeavor.

I like to make stuff; I love the thrill of seeing someone use or wear something that I've made. I work in fiber--either sewing, or crocheting, or sometimes embroidery and needlecrafts. I don't knit. I do just about everything else.

Payment
Paypal preferred; it's easier to refund mistakes (like the occasional shipping overcharge). I will take returns but I need the product back before issuing a refund. I like what I do; I hope that you do, too!
Payment should be within three days. If there is something that you like but can't afford, convo me and we'll talk. I make too much stuff and would rather see it out in the world.
Shipping
I ship by USPS. I ship as quickly as I can and usually by priority mail. If I make a mistake on shipping (hard to believe, but it happens), I refund the difference. I will combine shipping but I'm not sure how to calculate it so combined shipping will be added to invoice. Thanks
Refunds and Exchanges
I take returns; send it back and I'll send back your money. I won't/can't be responsible for stuff lost in the mail but insurance is the customer's decision and responsibility. Let me know that you want to insure the item(s) and I'll add it to the invoice.
Additional policies and FAQs
Talk to me! I make all kinds of things and will gladly work with you to design custom pieces.
