Welcome to Dementions! Located in sunny Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.

Dementions ~by elyachan~ are accessories inspired by anime, games, and Japanese music and street fashion. They are handmade with love and awesome (and often scraps from my favorite corset-maker), generally while listening to visual kei plenty loud enough to be heard over the rattle of the sewing machine. Cute, definitely, but just a little, well, demented... and that's what makes life fun, yes?

All items are crafted in a smoke-free home.

International orders are welcome!

Returns and exchanges
I want you to be completely happy with your order! Please contact me within 14 business days of receipt if you have any concerns about your purchase. Each return or exchange is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Payment
I accept payment in US Dollars through Etsy Direct Checkout or PayPal.

Please complete payment on listings within 3 business days. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will attempt to assist you in any way I can, including making other payment arrangements.

If you purchase something and change your mind, please let me know within 24 hours and I will cancel the transaction.
Shipping
All items are shipped wrapped in plastic to protect them from the elements. Items can be shipped "gift-ready" wrapped in colorful paper with a note card at no extra charge - please let me know in the "message to seller" if you would like this, and I'll contact you to arrange the specifics of the note.

Ready-made items ship in 1-2 business days.
Custom orders typically ship within 2-5 business days.

I prefer to ship via US Priority Mail, which includes tracking with no insurance. The Delivery Confirmation number will be sent to the email you used to place your order on Etsy.

If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let me know in the "message to seller" note during checkout or via email. If you don't notify me and I can't reach you within 72 hours after payment I will ship the item to the address provided during Etsy checkout.

And finally, if you're in the Albuquerque area, you can save on shipping entirely by contacting me to arrange pickup!
