Thank you for visiting my Etsy shop. I created Deming House out of a love for the art and hobby of jewelry design paired with a dream of owning my own business. I take great pride in what I do from sketching the design to creating, photographing and packing them for shipment.

My jewelry design is a mix media of different genres to create many different styles andd looks.

If you are shopping for an unforgettable gift, want to reinvent your look, or even find a beautiful bridal piece my hope is that you will find exactly what you are looking for right here. Customer satisfaction is always a top priority so I will do everything I can to get you what you need, when you need it!

Shipping
I ship via USPS First Class with a tracking number and USPS First Class International. Expedited shipping arrangements can be made. Please contact me here by the convo feature at the top of the page, or by "contact seller" in order to make rush order arrangements. I will send a revised PayPal invoice to you. I ship packages between 1-4 business days from purchase unless otherwise stated in the specific item description. Some pieces may take longer, custom bridal orders and multiple order purchases for example. All extended shipping times would be discussed before or shortly after purchase. All orders in the U.S. over $100 will include complimentary shipping insurance.

Shipping Upgrades: If you are in the U.S. and would like Priority 2-3 day delivery service or need Express next day delivery please send me a convo before you complete the checkout process so that I may revise the shipping for you. .

I will ship to a giftee's address by request. Simply add a note in the message to seller box at checkout.

I will ship to the address on your PayPal account so please make sure that it is correct. If you need it to go to another address please inform me in the message to seller box at checkout or by convo.

I do not include insurance in my shipping fees because many people do not feel it is necessary. I will leave this up to you. If you are in the U.S. and would like to purchase insurance, it is very reasonable and I can send you a revised PayPal invoice with the insurance price included. For international customers, this option is only available by also upgrading your shipping to Priority, please just contact me with questions.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 3 days of when you receive your order to discuss options. I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for my customers. I take great pride in every piece from the design process, to shipping. I offer store credit, refund or repair. After discussing options the customer may choose to return the item in exchange for another. Or if a refund is preferred the customer may mail the item back (with tracking please) in its original unworn condition and upon receipt I will refund the sale price of the item less shipping costs.

If you need a repair please convo me and let me know you are shipping it BEFORE you ship the item. Upon receipt of the piece I will assess the repair and determine if there will be a charge.
