5 out of 5 starsGorgeous mug. Shipping was super fast. I want to buy more from this seller!! Now I want a collection of original yorkie creations. I’m obsessed. My one mistake- I’m the fool who thought an 11 oz mug would fit my coffee and it doesn’t :( but again that was my oversight to pick that size! I should have known since I add lots of milk. :) amazing product overall!!

Refunds, Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Please note I do NOT accept cancellations and/or refunds. Being I am a small home based business and not a large company, for that reason alone it would be unsustainable to refund your money. Therefore all sales are final. As for cancellations, my art items are made to order & cannot be cancelled.
If merchandise is damaged or incorrect, please contact me ASAP & include a photo. I will send you detail information on how you can get an exchange.
**Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.** For any other questions please contact me prior to purchasing.
Do you ship all over the world?

Many of my items are shipped internationally direct from the manufactures. If there is an item & it's not available in your area, please contact me for a shipping price. I will find a reasonable cost efficient way to ship it out :)

All art prints can be custom sized to suite your needs, Prices will vary. Simply send me a message with the print you like & I will get back to you ASAP! I also offer Digital Downloads upon request for your personal printing use only.

This means there is a processing time to create your item. Some items can take up to 8 Business days to process. Once completed orders are shipped & can take up to 7 business days for Domestic shipping to arrive. If you need it sooner please upgrade shipping cost at check out.
