The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me so that I may address the issue. Refunds or replacements for damaged ready-to-ship items may be made within 7 days of receiving the item. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging as they were delivered to you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless there there is an error on behalf of the shop owner or damage to your order.

Custom pieces receive approvals throughout the creative process. Once final pieces are approved by the buyer, they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping, please photograph the damage immediately and contact me within 3 days to discuss a replacement piece.

Payment is required at the time of purchase via PayPal, Credit Card, or Etsy Gift Card.
Shipping
Standard orders will be shipped within **3-5** business days (increased shipping windows until further notice due to the pandemic). All orders are shipped via USPS with insurance and tracking unless otherwise noted. All orders are shipped using eco-friendly products whenever possible. Please take care as your order arrives as many of the shipping materials are reusable before being recycled or composted.

*** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ***
International shipping prices were increased again at the beginning of 2020. While I always do my best to keep this cost as low as possible, new shipping costs range from $14-25 depending on location. If you believe Etsy has overcharged you on an order that contains multiple items please feel free to inquire about a refund. However, the higher price you are seeing (especially compared to previous orders) is likely related to this new price increase.

*** PRODUCT SHIPPING COMPATIBILITY ***
Zipper Bags and 8x10" Prints are NOT compatible and must be shipped separately to insure that prints are not damaged in transit. If you are ordering both a zipper bag and an 8x10" print, please place two separate orders. Free domestic shipping on orders over $35 can still apply to both orders. Zipper bags, 5x7" prints, and stickers ARE compatible and can be shipped together. ***
