Ayasa was so kind in our conversation and went out and beyond to find the right kind of wool for me. I was really blown away for her customer support and kindness. Unfortunately the package although she sent it out in the shortest possible time got lost in space between her and me but eventually it foun its way to my doorsteps and and I couldn’t be any happier now that I hold her stunning work in my hands.

Returns and exchange details
No exchanges on “custom orders”.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Payment
Shipping
Shipment made within seven days of payment or following Monday if payment is made on weekend. For custom orders, I need a week to ship. If you want me to send to a different adress from your etsy adress, please let me know before i send your product.
Shipping time is normally 7-21 business days overseas, 7-15 days to Europe, but it can take few days more.
I do not accept responsibility for lost mails and delayed mails.
