Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
The buyers, the not professional physical persons, benefit from a cooling-off period of 14 days as from the delivery of their order to make return of the product for the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of the expenses of return.

The buyer makes a commitment to return one or several articles of a way reassured to avoid any damage (protection of the packaging and secure postal dispatch).

Any damaged returned article, or damaged will be neither taken back nor exchanged.

From reception of the returned article, the seller makes a commitment to pay off or to proceed to an exchange, as soon as possible until 14 days (according to the current law).

Attention:Le cooling-off period does not apply to the personalized orders. (Article L 121-20-2 of the code the consumption)
The price is due with order
The deliveries are made for the address indicated in the order form which can be only in the agreed geographical zone.

The risks are chargeable to the buyer as from the moment when products left my premises. In case of damage during the transport, the motivated protest must be formulated with the carrier within three days as from the delivery.

The delivery deadlines are given only for information purposes; if these exceed thirty days as from the order, the sale contract can be cancelled and the paid off buyer.

The AFF isn't responsible for possible damages, losses of packages, or delay in the routing of the latter.
Additional policies and FAQs
As regards the personalized orders: all the articles are made in a craft way, and are thus submitted to a lead time which varies according to the period at which you place order and the wanted type of motif. In every case, I make a commitment to make every effort to execute your order as soon as possible.
