5 out of 5 starsSeller delayed shipment until freezing weather in Colorado was past, as requested. Plant arrived healthy and good sized (in Winter aestivation). Very happy with my purchase - thank you!

5 out of 5 starsCactus are amazing with their ability to survive in the harshest conditions as well as how easily they root. This pad already had a very good root system when sent, but the side that was facing down in the package had roots growing out of all the areoles! It really is of no importance towards my review-that’s just what you see in the image. Nice color, looking forward to the orange tepals, moving stamens, and green stigma.

5 out of 5 starsJorge went out of his way to ship the two plants days ahead of schedule. I'm very happy with both, have a lot to learn about cacti, but these two look like great little "pets" to fuss over and care for! Thanks!

Care instructions
Plants will arrive with roots already (unless specified) and can be planted directly into the garden or in pots. Like Opuntias, make sure that the soil is properly draining (at least 50% mineral).
Place your plants in the garden where they will receive at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day. This will ensure that they will store up enough energy to be vibrant, healthy and have lots of flowers.
We suggest covering newly planted Agave with frost cloth or styrofoam the first 2 winters so the roots establish.
We recommend John Spain’s book ‘Growing Winter Hardy Cacti in Cold Wet Climatic Conditions’ for top notch info on how to grow your hardy plants.
Happy gardening!
