We are on the road FREQUENTLY! You may be ordering an item while we are away from our shop and this will take longer to ship out to you.
On occasion we will need to REORDER boxes or build CUSTOM box sizes for your item from our supplier which also adds time.
All large pieces will be discussed prior to shipping and can have a 3-4 processing time (waiting for shipper) and 3-4 week ship time.

All non-furniture items will be shipped via USPS. Items 13 oz and under will be shipped USPS first class. We ship priority for items that fit within an envelope. Most rigid packages will be shipped USPS ground. USPS ground keeps the price down for us and you but if you would like faster shipping please contact us.
For these smaller items it will usually take us a day or two to package and ship. For glassware / more complex items, it can take up to 5 business days. We pride ourselves in our packaging!! It may take a little more time to receive your item but you can have the full assurance knowing your items are safe and secure.
We are not responsible for damage to any packages during delivery that are uninsured.

If you would like international shipping, no matter what the size or item we will use USPS Express Mail International, which includes tracking. We will not ship internationally without a tracking number.
Quotes given in our Etsy listings are estimates. Please message us for a quote. Quotes usually take 1-2 business days for our shippers to get back to us.
**GREYHOUND PACKAGE EXPRESS
All mid sized items will be shipped via Greyhound Package Express.
(Chairs, Coffee tables, lamps, etc.)
Greyhound will drop the package off at the closest station to your address and will call you when it has arrived. You pick up at the station (and save a ton of cash, yay!)
Greyhound typically doesn't take long - a few weeks AT MOST.
*We do not ship medium to large items through FedEx or UPS. If you'd like to use another carrier, you will have to do so on your end, please let us know before purchasing.
**SAMPLE QUOTES PER OUR PREFERRED SHIPPING METHOD:
LA AREA - Shipping a typical mid century dresser will be anywhere from $300-400
our shipper makes frequent ships out west. Do not be discouraged if you live in CA. Shipping large pieces is usually reasonable.
NY NY - Shipping a typical dresser will be anywhere from $400-$500. If you are in the city please provide your full address as the city has limitations on larger trucks, etc.
If we have not previously discussed shipping via Etsy conversation, we will message you after the furniture is purchased to discuss shipping. If we do not hear back from you in 5 business days we will refund and re-list the item.
Most items are crated by our shipper unless he personally delivers the item himself. All furniture is insured. Crating is the safest way to send our furniture!
They will drop off on your driveway or in your garage. He does not uncrate and bring into the home. If you would like to go through our shipper we must have your phone number. If a phone number is not received within 5 business days we will refund and re-list the item.
**ON A BUDGET? TSC SHIPPING:
TSC shipping will blanket wrap all furniture and is fully insured.
Less expensive but LONGER wait time. TSC can sometimes be $100-$200 cheaper but can take up to two months. If you are on a budget and not in a rush this is the best shipping option for you!
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND TSC IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH!
++Please state if the shipment is urgent when messaging for a quote.
This can be the least expensive method of all, but with some time and small internet effort. We will only set up a U-ship listing AFTER furniture is purchased. If you would like to set up your own U-ship before purchasing feel free!
Alas, if none of these methods work for you let us know. If you happen to know of a shipping company that ships to your area for less - we'd love to add them to our inventory of shippers!
We currently do not ship furniture internationally.

We do custom painting and refinishing. Please let us know if you would like any of our pieces to be painted or a piece you have needs to be painted. We cost much lower than the average refinishing house.
