About

Welcome to Depeapa

Depeapa is a home goods, prints and accesories brand.

I’m Verónica de Arriba, an illustrator and designer living and working in Granada, Spain.

After studying Fine Arts in Basque Country,I worked as a graphic designer in Granada for several years, but in 2007 I felt the urge to draw again.

That summer I started uploading my drawings to my blog along with photos of dolls and brooches I sewed myself. People liked my work and began appearing on blogs and magazines. It didn’t take long before I started to receiving orders. It took me by surprise and since then I haven’t stopped.

I opened this Etsy shop in 2011 and since then it has been a great adventure to send my products to clients all over the world, from Japan to US.

All the photos of Depeapa are by Argider Aparicio.

We work with European suppliers, mostly Spanish, doing our small part to keep craftwork alive. We believe that knowing where, how and who manufactures a product is very important. We try to care of every little detail in order to make your purchase a special experience and offer a marked difference from mass produced items.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not accept freight collect shipments. Please send your returns through a serious shipment company. Depeapa will not be responsible for any damage, loss or robbery during transport.
Once we check that the returned product is in perfect condition, we will refund the price of the product by the original method of payment within five working days upon reception of the goods.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Spain by certified mail. Using certified mail means that your package has a reference number to track your shipment until destination. 
 The packages are dispatched 1-2 days after payment is confirmed. You will receive them in 3 days (Spain), 5-8 days (Europe) and delivery time is 7 to 15 days for other destinations. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm an exact delivery date for each package since it depends on the Postal Service in each country.
When you place your order, please check your delivery address and data. Should there be any mistake preventing delivery, the new shipment will be at your cost. If the mail service cannot accomplish the delivery at the provided address and the package stays for 15 days at the post office, it will eventually be returned to our offices and you will have to pay for the new shipment.


All taxes, customs and fees charged for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
