    Welcome to my shop :)

    I have always had a creative mind, and now I get to use it daily, thanks to your support!

    I am a one woman show. I design, screen print, run the shop, run all the social media sites, and ship everything myself!
    (There are some items I do receive help printing now, since the demand has become so high! But I still have a hand in EVERY thing that comes out of this shop!)

    Please keep this in mind as you are waiting for the next sale or if you are trying to contact me with questions! :) Feel free to refer to the all the shop policies and FAQ if you are wondering when things will be back in the shop!

    I do sales only when I have a batch of shirts printed, OR I do pre orders on items that I am planning on offering a large amount of!

    Everything goes up at once at a pre-determined time and is first come, first serve until things are sold out! You gotta be quick! They go fast! :)

    Due to the small amount of prints of each shirt, I can not give any refunds or exchanges because of SIZING issues.

    I try my very best to explain sizing, and give you an idea of how they run, whether it be that they run small or run large! I can't "advise" you on what size you should order specifically, because I can't know how the item will fit you, but if you do have some questions or want to talk it over, please contact me. I'll try my very best to help!

    *******Please be sure your order is correct and that you have read and understand shipping/processing times before placing it and paying!********

    If you have made a double order, ordered the wrong thing, or need to cancel your order, PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP.

    If I haven't ordered your shipping label yet, I will refund you the amount of the shirt & shipping.

    If I have already ordered and printed your shipping label by time you need to cancel your order I can only refund you the cost of the shirt. (Shipping charges can not be refunded to me, so I cannot refund them to you.)

    If I have already shipped the shirt, or if it has been 24 hours since your purchase, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND.

    If you are unhappy with what you receive, or if your order is incorrect, please contact me here on ETSY before leaving feedback or just accepting it. I will try to make it right for you! YOU as the customer are the most important. I have never had a customer be upset with an item or how I handled a problem! So please just contact me :)

    The Deployment Problems shop & it's owners are NOT responsible for any issues with the USPS. I will try to make things right if possible, but I cannot be held responsible for stolen items, losses, damages etc. that occur in the shipping process once it's been dropped in the mail.
    Payment
    I offer payment through Direct Checkout in my shop, as well as through PayPal.
    I cannot accept checks or cash, sorry!

    Cancelling an order after 24 hours is not accepted. I will only be able to cancel your order if there has been a mistake in the ordering process or you've double purchased by mistake!

    Shipping
    For orders that are going to the USA please select the correct shipping.

    For orders shipping to APO addresses, please select USA as well.

    For orders shipping to Canada please select Canada shipping or "Everywhere Else" shipping!

    For orders shipping outside of the USA, that do not fall under the other categories, please select "EVERYWHERE ELSE" and be aware that I may have to charge you extra to ship to your location, it will take more time, and there is the off chance that I might not be able to ship to your location. If the charge will be more, I will contact you via email, and in the event that I cannot ship to your location you will receive a FULL refund! :)

    I ship with the USPS via First Class Mail.
    Most items take time to either finish, or package. Please keep in mind that a lot of times I do my sales all at once, so that means I'll have hundreds of orders I will be working on getting out, which takes a little time to process, print, package, drop off etc. I work as hard as I can to get things to you in a timely manner! I work on packaging items Monday-Friday (business days) So please keep that in mind when you are calculating how long it might take for an item to get to you!

    USPS First Class shipping times range from 1-5 days from the day the item has been dropped in the mail and entered into the system! There are occasions where it takes a little bit longer. A lot of that depends on your local post office's efficiency and schedule!

    ***IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ITEM in the given time frame, and your tracking number has activated, and shows your item has been delivered, please contact your LOCAL post office! A lot of times, if you live in an apartment complex, or a gated community they will take your package BACK to the post office! They *should* contact you that they have it, but that doesn't always happen!

    I CANNOT take responsibility for the package once I have shipped it. In the event that a package is lost or stolen, please contact me and we will contact USPS together, and open an investigation and go from there!

    I will ship via Priority Mail or Express if requested for an extra fee if you contact me ASAP from the order, and if that is possible (if I have the item ready made!)

    If you want something sent express mail, next day or overnight or
    ****IF YOU HAVE A DATE YOU WANT THE ITEM BY, PLEASE WRITE IT IN THE NOTES ON YOUR ORDER! OR SEND ME A MESSAGE!! ******

    I will write you back and we will figure out if this is indeed a possibility!

    If a deadline falls before the given time (3-5 business days which are Monday-Friday not including holidays + the USPS First Class delivery time of 1-5 days) I will have to charge a very small RUSH fee to move your order to the front of the pile & get it out faster than the rest.

    Frequently Asked Questions:

    Q.) Would you do a custom order for me on a specific piece of apparel?
    A.) At this time, I cannot take custom orders of different designs or adding names, words, etc. I also do not to custom bows at this time. HOWEVER, it never hurts to send me a message. I may have something that I can do for you, or may even have the item/size, color ribbon you need. Just contact me. :)

    Q.) Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?
    A.) If you are looking to buy a few tanks for a group please contact me, & we can work out some special shipping.

    Q.) WILL YOU HAVE MORE TANK TOPS AVAILABLE?
    A.) Yes! I will be making another order. I am now working with another screen printer to offer MORE to you all. I just cannot physically print the amount of tanks and tees you all want :) I will start doing pre orders for the original TANKS and TEES in OCTOBER.

    Q.) WHEN WILL YOU HAVE MORE TANK TOPS OR TEE SHIRTS?

    Q.) HOW CAN I GET A TANK TOP OR TEE?
    The best way to score one is to sign up for email notifications and follow along on all my social media sites listed above. I only put shirts up when I have them done or when I am opening them up for a pre order! They usually sell out within an hour, sometimes in a few minutes, so you must be quick! Even with a pre order, I have to cut it off at some point so that I can package all the orders and ship them out in a timely manner!
    I announce a day and a time that the pieces will go up in the shop and then it is first come, first serve!
