Thanks for stopping by! I am Selin, the designer and maker of Celine Blossom.

Celine Blossom accessories have been a way of expressing my love for nature and symbols, as well as crafting and designing. Gardens, woodlands and the universe itself are the main inspirations of my shop.

My designs are for ladies who love nature and symbols and love to wear unique jewelry that will receive a lot of compliments and love to give unique gifts that the recipient will love and treasure.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
It is very important that the package/parcel should be opened and be checked in front of the courier personnel. Please make sure the items in the package are whole, undamaged and they are the items that you have ordered before accepting the parcel and signing the delivery approval paper.

If the product is damaged, incomplete or something other than what you have ordered, please take a picture of it and request the personnel to write an official report. This is necessary for me to claim compensation for the item from the courier company. In such a case, please send me the picture of both the package and item via Etsy messages in 24 hours after you received the parcel. I can make a refund only after I receive the pictures of the package and the item.

No refund can be made for any purchases that are not delivered due to being provided the wrong address.

RETURN CONDITIONS
It is very important to me that when you opened your package you are as happy as at the moment you purchased it! I stand by my items and give the exact size and colors in the descriptions and photos.

But if you are still unsatisfied with the item you received, please send me a message within 3 days after you received the item, attaching a photo of it which you have taken. After agreed mutually send the item back to the sender's address.

Please note that;
- The item that you want to return must be unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- No return request will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping expenses of the item back to the sender shall be covered by the buyer and it has to be with a tracking number.
- After the item is received by the seller, the initial cost to ship of the order (if it wasn't free shipping) and the customs tax upon entering the seller’s country will be deducted from the order total and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- No responsibility is taken for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to the seller.
Payment
You can make a payment with your Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Discover cards.

Your payment goes through the Etsy direct checkout system. I do not see your credit card numbers or bank information. Your information is safe under Etsy's protection.

Please kindly note that orders are not considered a final sale if the payment is not completed. Your order will be ready to ship only after the payment is completed.

I care about my packaging to be both aesthetically pleasing and safe. All items are sent in a gift box and they are wrapped thickly with bubbled material to ensure safe delivery.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours except for Sundays and are registered with a tracking number.
USA Free Shipping for orders $35 and above

DELIVERY TIMES

For all orders $35 and above:
Worldwide delivery is in 5-7 business days.

For all orders under $35:
USA: 8-12 business days
European Union and Europe non-EU countries: 10-15 business days
Canada: 20-25 business days
Russia: 20-25 business days
Rest of the world: 25-30 business days

Please kindly contact me if a non-delivery within the specified time frames stated above is in question so I can do my best to resolve it.

Please note that due to disruptions from the pandemic, post offices around the world have difficulty in keeping up with their service quality. Potential carrier delays may happen due to the reduced number of flights, preventive measures of the postal authorities, and/or the insufficient number of staff. There’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date. Rest assured I’ll keep you updated along the way as I get new information from the carrier. SHIPPING INFO
The shipping company and the tracking number are submitted on Etsy after the package is dispatched. This information is traceable online.

CUSTOMS DUTIES
International buyers are responsible for any duties/customs charges and import taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries. These fees are calculated and imposed by your country when the item(s) arrive. Especially The U.K. is known to charge relatively high customs to its citizens in regard to other European countries and I include this warning, as a courtesy to help inform my customers about this potential charge. Delays in delivery times rarely may occur due to customs.

* Care instructions to preserve the quality of your jewelry *

-Remove your jewelry when swimming, sunbathing and showering.
-Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
-Keep away from chemicals like body lotions, fragrances, hairspray and cleansers.
-Gently clean with a dry cotton cloth after each use. Do not overwork to prevent rubbing off.
-Storing your jewelry separately when you’re not wearing it will prevent minor damages caused by contact with other jewelries.

For gold-plated jewelries: Gold plated means a heavy coating of gold over brass or alloy. To enjoy your jewelry for a much longer time just like the first day, gently clean it with a dry cotton cloth after each use and do not overwork to prevent rubbing off.

DISCOUNTS
A discount can not be combined with another discount that is active in the shop. If an item is on sale and you use a discount code for that item, you will be given the better deal. Discount codes must be submitted at the time of purchase.
