Thanks for coming by and having a look at my inspired ceramics. Everything that you`ll see here is hand built glazed and fired by me. Even though every effort is made to achieve consistency, variations in shape and glaze results are all part of the process. Accepted forms of payment are Paypal and coupon codes issued by desertNOVA. Payment is due at the time of purchase. If you reside in Arizona appropriate taxes will be added. Cancellation of your order before shipment will be honored and a full refund will be issued. Cancellation after shipment constitutes a return and will be handled as such.
All mug orders are shipped via Fedex home or ground and always insured. Shipping charge is $11.00 per single item. If additional items are purchased at the same time by the same customer each additional item will be figured at $5.00 per item going to the same original shipping address. Upgrades are available upon request prior to the actual of purchase and will be charged appropriately. You will receive a confirmation email when your item is shipped and I will receive confirmation when it`s delivered. If you live in Tucson shipping can be saved if you want to stop by the studio and pick up your item(s), just type your personal code in the coupon code and we will contact you to set up a time to pick up your item(s).
We only ship at the above rate to the continental United States ie; original 48, sorry but this does exclude Alaska and Hawaii. Your shipping charges will be figured on an individual basis. No international shipments will be made.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy for any reason please let me know within 3 days and I will happily exchange your purchase or issue a refund (less the original shipping charge) once the item(s) are returned. The buyer is responsible for the safe return and all shipping costs. Contact me for return authorization before you do anything.
If you receive your item damaged let me know within 72 hours so a damage claim can be filed and your refund can be processed asap. If you delay too long any claim will be denied by the carrier. I have no control over Fedex policy. You must also keep all shipping materials until claim is approved. BIG FYI! consider taking photo`s of the damaged item(s) and the packaging in case the shipper requires proof of damage.

I`ve made every attempt to cover all the major issues that have arisen over many years in business. If a situation falls outside the policies as presented they will be dealt with in a honorable and fair manner. I stand behind my work and your satisfaction is my goal.
