Welcome to Desert Dream Studios shop policies. My goal is to make sure you are pleased with your purchases. The following information details payment, shipping and return policies, as well as custom order requests. Please contact me with any questions or requests.
Accepted payment methods
Desert Dream Studios accepts PayPal for payment. PayPal will accept credit cards even if you do not have a PayPal account. Please make sure you follow the link to PayPal to complete your transaction. Payment is due at time of order. If requesting insurance or expedited shipping please WAIT to pay until invoice has been updated.
I ship via USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail within 3 days of receiving payment. Priority Mail is a slightly more expensive form of shipping that is more reliable, trackable, and includes delivery confirmation. Shipping is combined on multiple purchases to achieve the best price. Insurance and expedited shipping are available at buyer's request and expense. (See payment section above.)
Refunds and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund, less shipping charge. Item must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please send a notification email, prior to return, with 7 days of receiving your order.
