If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will be fully refunded your purchase price, minus restocking fees (see below) and shipping (and insurance costs, where applicable), except for vintage items.

I do not accept returns on vintage items unless they are somehow defective. I make every effort to see that they are not before I list the item. Vintage items are often delicate, so please treat them appropriately once you receive them.

If an item is returned, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping, unless there was some unusual issue, and we have agreed otherwise. If your item is defective, or not as described, I will cover your return shipping, and refund the purchase price and shipping costs upon receipt of returned item, provided it is in original condition. Return shipping insurance is recommended.

"Not as described" does NOT include unhappiness with shades of color of items. I make every effort to represent the colors of the items correctly in the photos, but setting for monitors, etc. make it impossible for me to be responsible for the exact shade of color you may see. If you have any questions about the colors of an item, please convo me before purchase, and I will provide you with additional information.

With earrings, there is a $5 restocking fee, which covers the cost of making new ear wires so that earrings may be re-listed.

The item must be returned within one week of receipt and must be returned in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, as noted above.

Payment is expected upon purchase, thank you. I often ship the same or next day after payment (except weekends), so if you need to cancel an order, you must do so quickly. Once an order is mailed it cannot be canceled.

I accept Etsy Direct Checkout which includes Paypal as payment method. If you do not have a Paypal account, it is still possible to pay with a credit card. Just find the option 'pay by credit card.'

New Mexico residents, an additional 7.19% state sales tax will be added to your order through Paypal or Etsy.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees.

Your item will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

I ship United States Postal Service first class mail with delivery confirmation. Insurance on items over $50 is highly recommended. If you would like insurance or to upgrade shipping to priority, please convo me BEFORE your purchase and I will edit shipping costs on the listing.

I ship internationally, and costs are stated in shipping listing. I strongly suggest the purchase of insurance for international customers. I cannot be responsible for packages stolen or lost by a postal service.

Your jewelry will arrive in a kraft box and bubble wrap envelope which protects your purchase during shipping. The box is often made of recycled material and may be reused (no logo or stickers).
