Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. Please contact me if for some reason you are unsatisfied, so we may come to an agreement.

a) If your item is lost, and you have not received it, It will be refunded in full. (When Post Canada will refund me after they investigate).

b) If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your item, PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST :-) So we can come to an agreement.
Payment
Payment of artwork must be received in full including shipping fees before artwork is shipped, you may also pay with easy installments, please contact me for this. I only accept payment through the Etsy website.
Shipping
Larger and more expensive artwork as well as artwork that is stretched on canvas is usually shipped with tracking number and insurance. Some pieces may require your signature.

Painting on paper or smaller artwork is shipped with regular Canada Post postal service.

You may ask me for custom orders, please contact me for this. I accept multiple payments, or easy installments for artwork, contact me through ''request a custom order'' Artwork is shipped when full payment is received.
