Mandi Cromer started her Designbirdie shop when her son was 6 months old. At that time, Etsy provided a wonderful outlet where she could work from home, and, using her background in animation, illustration and graphic design could carve out a unique career in illustrated prints and products.

10 years on - (and a few sabbaticals along the way!), Mandi is very grateful to have had many opportunities to work as a freelance illustrator on some lovely projects for several clients located all over the world.

Mandi lives in Dublin, Ireland with her family and still runs her shop in between picking socks off the floor.

I normally ship within three days of purchase.

I use sturdy envelopes and cello sleeves for all paper items and padded enveloped for all other items to ensure their protection.

I use An Post Standard Worldwide Airmail Delivery. This is not registered or insured, to keep your purchase as affordable as possible. As I cannot be held responsible for items lost by postal services, if you would prefer your item sent by registered post, don't hesitate to let me know and I will change the shipping cost accordingly.
