CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:

It is the customers responsibility to proof read all artwork to make sure all the information in the design is correct. We do not accept responsibility for any spelling, punctuation or other errors in the design once the customer has given their final approval.

ORDERING INFO & DELIVERY TIMES:

Pre-made Logos:
- We endeavour to complete the final artwork & send them to the customer with 24 hours of receipt of payment & instructions for the changes to the text, colour, font etc you want to make to the design. Please contact us with clear, precise instructions with the changes you wish to make (this will speed up the design process & you will receive your logo quicker.)

- You can have you logo formatted into any of the following file formats: .EPS ( Vector File ) / .PNG / .JPEG / .PSD (Photoshop.)

Custom Design Work (Our Design Process):
- Once you have purchased one of our custom design products please email us with as much information regarding your project as possible.

- We will then offer you a 3 concept designs within 7 days or a timescale agreed by ourselves with you. If you are working to a tight deadline we will be willing to prioritise your brief.

- Once you are happy with our final design, you can then submit any final revisions before we send our final proof for approval to yourself.

- Upon approval of the final proof and completion we will then send you an electronic copy via email. You can have you logo formatted into any of the following file formats: .EPS ( Vector File ) / .PNG / .JPEG / .PSD (Photoshop.)

COPYRIGHT:

- Full copyright passes to the customer upon completion of their order. Once you receive your artwork you are able to use it as you wish. For pre-made logos/artwork fully copyright only applies to final customised artwork files and NOT the original artwork template that is listed on Etsy. You may not re-sell your artwork as your own.

- For custom design work any design concepts, that that customer doesn't wish to use remains the property of ourselves and not the customer.

- We retains the right to use any design work we produce for our customers for promotional purposes via our website or in print.
