Rush Turnaround is 2-3 business days before shipping. Below are the fee breakdowns.

For Standard Tags

150 - 250 tags- $15 rush fee
251+ - $20 Rush production fee

For Foil Tags

1-150 tags - $18 rush fee
150 - 250 tags- $20 rush fee
251+ - $30 Rush production fee

Priority and Express shipping methods available as well. Rush orders need to be set up with a custom order. Message me to do so. Orders needing rush and checked out using a standard timing listing in our shop will be cancelled and set up as rush.

The folks at Design Circus were awesome - super responsive, a proof within a day of purchase and made sure we have everything we needed with us ahead of schedule. Highly recommend if you're looking for fun drink tokens for a big day!

TURNAROUND for WEDDING INVITES & OTHER CUSTOM WORKS

Most wedding invitation sets have a 4 week turnaround (from checkout to ship date), invites that require assembly may take longer.

Custom favor tags and other small custom items usually ship within 5-7 days of purchase


*****Approval of proofs are required for tags/stickers to be produced. All proofs are sent via etsy convo - so please make sure your email notifications are set. If you don't approve in 3 days, all orders will be cancelled.******

Payment
I accept Paypal only-the purchase through paypal needs to be made within 3 days or the sale will be canceled. I will send a reminder after one day or so -but with no response, sale will be canceled. At that point, if you still want the item it can be repurchased.
Shipping
All items are shipped first class mail via USPS, unless priority mail is requested. Custom orders (wedding invites and variable data items) could take 4 weeks before shipping. All wedding invitations & announcements are shipped via USPS Priority with tracking. If the value is more than $250, insurance is added.

CANADIAN and INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customs may hold your order FOR UP TO SIX WEEKS. Please add this to your time frame if it is an issue. I am NOT RESPONSIBLE and I will not refund under these conditions.


I ship internationally- just convo me for pricing to your country. It's against our policy to mark items as gifts or lower value on customs forms in order for customer to circumvent customs fees/taxes. We will not do this. I am also not responsible for customs fees, taxes and other misc. charges charged when a package is sent to you. These fees are the BUYERS responsibility. If you decide to refuse the package, note that if this is a custom item like wedding invitations or customized tags or cards- you will not be refunded any money even if you refuse the shipment and will be responsible for any additional shipping cost.

I SHIP TO THE ADDRESS GIVEN TO ME FROM PAYPAL. ETSY USES THESE ADDRESSES WHEN CHECKING OUT. PLEASE REVIEW THAT YOUR INFO IS CORRECT, IF PACKAGES ARE RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO OLD OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES, UNFORTUNATELY YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADDED RESHIP COST. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.
Refunds and Exchanges
All customized items such as wedding invitations or personalized items are NOT RETURNABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL in regards to these types of orders, as they can not be resold. If you order does not reach you because I was supplied in correct addresses from either Etsy or your paypal account- YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. You will be responsible for reship costs. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but please review the information during checkout.

NOTE: Proofs of invitations and other custom items are sent digitally via Etsy messaging. All typos, misspellings and other errors will becomes the customers responsibility after proof is ok'd. No refunds are given unless it is shown that the error occured after proof was approved.

No refunds are given for items that use customer supplied artwork/graphics.

Custom and personalized orders

We LOVE custom projects! Just convo us with your ideas and needs and we will let you know pricing based on your specs.

I have a logo... can you use it on stickers or tags?

Yes! As long as your file meets our file requirements, we can print it! We need high resolution jpeg or tiff (300dpi or higher at size) or the vector file (eps or ai).

Foiled items require all black artwork at the same specs above. If you're not sure, just convo us and we'll review your file before-hand.

Do you mark international deliveries as gifts?

No we don't. We mail all international orders marked as 'merchandise' at full cost of the product purchased. Many countries charge import fees/taxes upon on arrival. Please be aware of the fees in your country, you are responsible for these fees. If you refuse delivery of a custom-made product due to the fees or any other reason, you will not receive a refund.

Do you offer rush production and expedited shipping?

We sure do!
