These Menu's are so beautiful and will be a hit at my wedding. The shop also provided extra copies at no cost. They have excellent customer service and overall quality of the item is amazing!

Returns and exchange details
There are NO REFUNDS for personalized items, which is most of what our shop is made up of. If you are dissatisfied with a non-customized item - you must contact us within 24 HOURS of delivery otherwise no refunds will be given. Returns are necessary for a refund (product cost only, initial shipping charges are not returned) and shipping return cost is the customer's responsibility. If pre-arrangements for a return are not made with us, a refund will not be issued even if we receive the item back.. ("return to sender" etc)
We DO NOT reprint or refund for items containing typos or errors. Even if info was supplied correctly since we send proofs of everything for approval & review.
International orders may be subject to taxes and import fees. This is the customers sole responsibility. If customer rejects delivery due to these fees. No refunds will be issued.
If the value is more than $100, insurance is added.
If your order is marked delivered by the shipping company (USPS, UPS etc...) and you have not received your order. Please contact the shipping company or your mail carrier. Many times they have left your package and you didn't see it or someone within your household has accepted the package and set it aside.
If the package has still not been located, you will need to file a police report for theft in order to receive another order and so I can file an insurance claim.
CANADIAN and INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Customs may hold your order FOR UP TO SIX WEEKS. Please add this to your time frame if it is an issue. I am NOT RESPONSIBLE and I will not refund under these conditions.
I ship internationally- just convo me for pricing to your country. It's against our policy to mark items as gifts or lower value on customs forms in order for customer to circumvent customs fees/taxes. We will not do this. I am also not responsible for customs fees, taxes and other misc. charges charged when a package is sent to you. These fees are the BUYERS responsibility. If you decide to refuse the package, note that if this is a custom item like wedding invitations or customized tags or cards- you will not be refunded any money even if you refuse the shipment and will be responsible for any additional shipping cost.

NOTE: Proofs of invitations and other custom items are sent digitally via Etsy messaging. All typos, misspellings and other errors will becomes the customers responsibility after proof is ok'd. No refunds are given unless it is shown that the error occured after proof was approved.
No refunds are given for items that use customer supplied artwork/graphics.

Custom and personalized orders
We LOVE custom projects! Just convo us with your ideas and needs and we will let you know pricing based on your specs.
I have a logo... can you use it on stickers or tags?
Yes! As long as your file meets our file requirements, we can print it! We need high resolution jpeg or tiff (300dpi or higher at size) or the vector file (eps or ai).
Foiled items require all black artwork at the same specs above. If you're not sure, just convo us and we'll review your file before-hand.
Do you mark international deliveries as gifts?
No we don't. We mail all international orders marked as 'merchandise' at full cost of the product purchased. Many countries charge import fees/taxes upon on arrival. Please be aware of the fees in your country, you are responsible for these fees. If you refuse delivery of a custom-made product due to the fees or any other reason, you will not receive a refund.
Do you offer rush production and expedited shipping?
We sure do!
In most cases we try to accommodate rush orders without charge. Though if something needs shipping within 24 hours and is for higher quantities- rush fees may apply. Convo us for more info!
Expedited shipping is also available- Priority 2-3 day and Express 1-2 day both available upon checking out (US only).
We are happy to develop tags for resale in your online or brick and mortar shop! These would include non-personalized items. We can develop branded hand tags as well.
Where's my order?
Keep in mind - the turnaround for all orders is usually 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS before shipping. If your order has shipped, you can go into your account and see the purchases and track them if they have been shipped.
If your order has been marked delivered but you haven't received it- you need to contact your local post office for resolution. We can't resend or refund orders that have been marked delivered.
