To adhere the tags from my shop to your wedding bags, use glue dots or double sided tape. I don’t recommend using glue! It tends to be messy and the tag may not stay place.

YES! Ink colors, fonts & wording can be changed. For this kit we used the same text font as the sample, changed the script font to S29 & the ink color to #35 on my font & ink color charts.

Stylish and modern stationery for all of life's special occasions.

I launched Designed By M.E. Stationery in 2008 after designing, printing and hand assembling all of the stationery for our wedding in 2005 and then doing so for friends and family afterwards. All of my paper goods are personalized by me, just for you, and printed on high quality card stocks and papers.

Every design starts with an idea, a sketch on paper, and then I move into Adobe Illustrator to design the final product. Every order is personalized in Adobe Illustrator, printed, and hand assembled by me in my home based studio. I'll always keep up with the latest trends in both stationery and weddings because I LOVE it! I also have a reputation for meeting deadlines, paying great attention to detail and for addressing each customer's individual needs. HOURS OF OPERATION

SALES TAX

All orders being shipped to a New Jersey address will be charged 6.875% sales tax.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should take 2-3 business days (M-F) to arrive.

I do not offer rush shipping as I've been let down more than once by USPS, UPS and FedEx.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER?

Your satisfaction is my #1 priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service or product you've received, please let me know and I'll do my best to make it right for you. Please note, that the client is responsible for proofreading all stationery after drafts are sent and before final approval is given. Printing and production will not begin until final approval is received. After I receive final approval, if there is an error that is an oversight of Designed By M.E. Stationery, I will replace the item immediately, free of charge. If there is an error due to an oversight of the client, including typos and grammatical errors, the client will be responsible for any fees for time and materials for changes.

CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER?

No, orders cannot be rushed. This includes shipping earlier than my turn around after you give approval and/or using an expedited shipping method. This also includes getting a draft over to you earlier than the turn around in the listing.

WHAT BRAND OF WATER BOTTLES WORKS BEST WITH THE WATER BOTTLE LABELS?

It's hard to recommend a brand because brand names vary by shape and size across the USA. I'm in NJ and found they fit Aquafina 12oz. bottles perfectly.

The labels measure 8x2. They come 5 to a sheet and are pre-cut, the size cannot be changed. I strongly suggest measuring the bottle to make sure the label will fit the way you want it to prior to purchasing the labels.

Also suggested is a bottle that's smooth where the label lies, rather than one with ridges.

CANCELLATION POLICY

•If you request an order cancellation BEFORE your draft is sent, your order will be fully refunded.
•If you request an order cancellation AFTER your draft is sent, there is a $10 cancellation fee to cover the work I’ve done.
•If you don’t respond with approval to your draft, I will follow up with you via Etsy’s messaging system. If I still don’t hear back with approval a week later or by the date I need your approval to meet your deadline (whichever is sooner), your order will be canceled. There is a $10 fee for the work I’ve done.
•Cancelations WILL NOT be accepted once your drafts are approved.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

No, I don't. All of my available designs are listed and wording, fonts, and ink colors of all fonts and graphics can be changed. I'm not accepting orders where I would need to design from scratch or add graphics. Additionally, I only print my own designs and files.

I WANT TO CHANGE THE DESIGN AFTER YOU SENT THE DRAFT.

The second draft I provide is meant to fix any typos either of us find or tweak the colors for you. If you decide you want a totally different design after I send the first draft, I can do that for you. There is a $5 additional fee for the extra time it will take to start over with new design.
