Please feel free to contact me if you have any question of any kind. I will work with you every step of the way to ensure your satisfaction. In a previous career, I was in customer service management. Although I left the job, I have kept my high standards.
If you would like a custom order, I'd be happy to create a listing for you once we work out the details.
I am happy to work with your new or vintage materials if you like. If you are purchasing vintage fabrics, please ask the seller to describe any flaws. If you look at my favorite shops, you will see where I go to purchase vintage linens.
Your order will ship as soon as your payment clears. I accept checks, PayPal and credit/ debit cards.
Checks and money orders are expected within 10 business days or the sale will be cancelled. I am cannot be responsible for packages "lost" or damaged in the mail. For this reason, you may wish to consider purchasing insurance.
Shipping charges will be combined on multiple item orders.
All policies are subject to change without notice.
I will ship as economically as possible. If you are overcharged $3.00 or more for shipping, I will refund the balance. I do not inflate shipping to increase profits. That's just ridiculous.
Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds on any custom or personalized orders unless specifically stated otherwise.
Please note that custom orders are made to your specification. You will be able to preview your item before it is shipped to ensure your satisfaction.
Non-custom, unworn clothing may be returned by the original purchaser in new condition within 7 days for an even exchange or refund minus shipping. The item must be returned with the tags attached.
