1. Scope

This data protection declaration informs you about how designkind collects, processes and uses your personal data in connection with an order process. Regardless of this, the data protection declaration of Etsy applies to your use of the services of Etsy.

2. Handling of personal data

After every order you place, designkind receives and processes your name, your Etsy user name and your billing address, as stored in your user account, for the purpose of processing the order. If you provide additional data when placing your order (e.g. a different delivery address or your telephone number), designkind will also receive this data.

designkind processes this data electronically for the proper fulfillment of the contract, in particular for invoicing, booking payments and shipping ordered goods to you. If necessary, designkind will pass on your name and address to a commissioned shipping company.

designkind keeps your data stored until all mutual claims from your order are fully met and the periods of commercial and tax retention obligations for designkind have expired.

If you use the services of third parties, in particular payment services, to pay for the goods you have ordered (e.g. PayPal and credit card services), the respective data protection declaration of such third parties applies.

3. Rights and contact

You can request information from designkind at any time about the personal data that designkind has stored about you. In addition, you can request the correction, blocking and deletion of your personal data at any time.
