Frequently asked questions
Can I use your artwork commercially?
No, all listings are for personal use only.
Do you accept cancellations and returns?
Due to the nature of the products (digital files), I do not accept returns.
I accept cancellations which are made within 24h of purchase, provided no files have been downloaded.
However, if you have any issue with your order, just let me know and I will be glad to find a solution!
How do I download the files?
A few minutes after completing the payment, you will receive an email with an instant download link. This email will be sent automatically to the email you have registered with your Etsy account. From the email please click on "View your Files on Etsy", which will bring you to your purchased files. Or access files directly from your Etsy account by going to "You", selecting "Purchases", and then going to the corresponding purchase and clicking on "Download Files."
Some files exceed Etsy's upload limit and have to be uploaded to Dropbox. After you complete the payment, download the text file from your purchase overview and simply go to link provided in that document (no account or registration needed).
Do you have any printing tips?
When printing, please remember to:
- use lettersize (8.5 x11 inches) or A4 white sticker paper
- set your printer to print at 100%/ actual size and DO NOT SCALE your print! This way your stickers will be printed at right size
- choose "borderless print" so that your printer prints everything what is on the page.
Colors may look slightly different on your screen and printed, as each device (PC and printer) are calibrated differently. I do not take responsibility for final result.
