The item itself was beautiful, but I didn't expect much else from a concrete match holder. It was the packaging, the sweet note, and all of the extra measures taken to ensure its safe travels that exceeded my expectations. Not only was it done in an aesthetically pleasing way (which, if you are ordering a match holder, I assume aesthetics are everything to you), but they used every opportunity to add a thank you sticker, tag, and note. Beautiful and high quality item!
