Standard size can be returned within 10 days of the date you receive you order . Returned perfect condition, new, unworn condition the same way I sent it out. Original shipping charges will not be returned. Custom orders cannot be returned.

Buyers are responsible for return cost. If the item is not return in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All payments are to be made by Paypal or by credit/debit card through ETSY.
Sales tax 6.75% is added on items shipped to an Illinois address .

SHIPMENT AND PRODUCTION TIME It takes on average 7 business days to make and package jewelry. This does not include the time it takes for shipping, which is 3 - 5 business days via FIRST CLASS, USPS. Jewelry that is ready at time of order takes 3-5 business days via FIRST CLASS, USPS. This method is used for all of my shipping, with delivery confirmation. Insurance and tracking is available. Contact me and the purchase price can be adjusted accordingly.

EXPEDITED SHIPMENT If you need your purchased item(s) sooner, please send me a message and I will arrange a sooner shipping method at an additional cost.

INSURANCE If you would like your shipment insured, send me a message so we can arrange cost.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS Jewelry is shipped via FIRST CLASS, USPS and it takes approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery. I will not make myself responsible for lost or damaged items that are not insured. If you would like a faster shipping method, please message me and we can arrange for PRIORITY SHIPPING, that includes insurance and tracking number. RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYER Purchaser is responsible for custom or duty fees that may be applied.

Almost all jewelry can be customized and made to your taste. If you are looking for something you can't find in my shop, I would be happy to customize something for you. Necklace and bracelet lenghts can also be customized for most pieces. If you like the style of a certain piece but would like it a different color all attempts will be made to accomadate you. If their is something you have in mind but you can't seem to find, message me your ideas and I will be happy to make them come alive.
