Accepted payment methods
According to state law, 8.25% sales tax(shipping and handling charges are not included) will be applied to packages shipped to the state of Texas.
Please allow up 21 days for the creation of your piece.
USA: I ship my jewelry by USPS first class mail. Your jewelry is shipped in a recycled padded mailer and enclosed in a gift bag. I do like to recycle mailers and materials - if you would like a new mailer/material please let me know at check-out.
If you want to express your order , I will ship it by priority mail for additional $3.50. Please specifiy priority mail when contacting me.
Refunds and Exchanges
I really want you to be happy with your purchase. There may be instances when I make a mistake, I will ask that you please work with me to correct the mistake. There may be other instances whereas you don't like the piece, again please work with me if you are in that situation. I will fully refund your money upon return of the item, or if a charm, etc is incorrect I will ask that you send the incorrect piece back, so I can melt it, and I will send you a new one. I will credit you back for shipping.If you are not happy with your purchase once received please contact me, send the jewelry back within 7 days of receiving your package and I'll refund your money. If by chance you break your jewelry please send back to me and I'll fix for you within the first 6 months for free. I don't expect it to break with normal wear and tear; however, you never know when you may catch your piece on something. If the item breaks after 6 months there will be a charge for fixing it; however, I am more than happy to do so for a small fee.
