5 out of 5 starsOrdered this ornament at probably the busiest time of the year and was not disappointed! It came a little later than the original ship by date, but I reached out and recieved quick response that it was in the mail the following day! Also had an issue with the USPS saying it was delivered and it was in fact not in my mailbox!!! Cue the nervous, upset me! Doty calmed me down and assured it would all be fine, that the USPS will often say it is delivered when in fact its not and it will show up the next day or 2. And she was right!!!! She also slipped a little extra gift into the package that brightened my day!!! Thank you so much! I highly recommend shopping this small business for the personal touch your gifts deserve!
