CREATOR OF REPEAT PATTERNS AND DESIGNS FOR ALL THINGS POSH, PAPER AND PRETTY

Deanna V. Amirante is a freelance graphic designer, illustrator and pattern designer and the creator of Designs by dVa based in the Chicago suburbs.

From her boutique studio she loves working on various graphic design and illustration projects as well as creating colorful patterns which she applies to various products.

Designs by dVa…the beginning

Designing has always been a passion for Deanna, whether it is graphically on her computer or with colored pencils or using mixed medium. The motivation for change first came when Deanna designed a set of four all occasion cards for Mother’s Day. The inspiration for those cards came from Deanna's grandmother, Leona, and her love of butterflies. Deanna lovingly named this set of cards “The Leona Collection” after her. Deanna went on to name each of the designs after her mother, herself, and her two daughters. The reaction of friends and family about what she had created not only inspired Deanna, but also gave her the motivation and courage to focus on her love of creativity and design. Deanna went on to make this change a reality. Hence, Designs by dVa was born.

Since the listings are digital files, there are no returns or refunds.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES - PHYSICAL/CUSTOM ITEMS:

All items are custom made to order; therefore I do not accept returns on any products unless otherwise noted. Please choose your options carefully.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item; I will do my very best to exchange or replace your item in a timely manner.

Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please message me with requests for cancellation. Any requests made after 24 hours cannot be considered.

Orders will be processed after payment is made in full via Pay Pal or the Etsy payment portal.

Processing and shipping times vary by product and are noted on each listing.

Downloadable purchases are available immediately after payment is processed and received.

SHIPPING PHYSICAL ITEMS:

Items are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or USPS First Class International. Please note ship times can vary depending on the destination. Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to arrive once it has shipped unless otherwise noted. Orders shipped in the U.S. will receive a tracking notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that for large quantity orders or when ordering separate items of the same thing – like more than one wrapping paper or note pad design; shipping may reflect an inflated price or overage.
