Care instructions

Wash all yarn-made items on a cold and gentle cycle and air dry. Heat from washing/drying can cause filling (if any) and yarn to shrink, causing distortion of the item.

Care instructions

I do my best to take care of any and all loose ends in the yarn, but sometimes accidents happen. If you start to notice some loose ends coming out of the item, please message me right away in order to help save the item.

I can't find my download, now what?

You should have received the download link in the order confirmation email from Etsy. This is something I have no control over. Be sure to check your junk mail under the email that is on file with Etsy.

Another way to find your download is to log into your Etsy account, then click on “You" then "Purchases and Reviews". The download will appear under past purchases.

I changed my mind on my digital purchase, can I return or exchange it?

Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of the file I do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of items being handmade I do not accept any returns or exchanges.

If you need to cancel your order contact me through a message.
Orders on physical items in stock can only be cancelled before item is shipped.

Custom orders will only be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed (See Custom and personalized orders FAQ.)

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted after items have shipped.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are only accepted for handmade items such as baby blankets, blankets, handmade items, etc. Custom orders being accepted are ultimately up to my skill set and schedule, but I will always work with you to see what we can create.

When asking about a custom order, please message me through Etsy. Not all requests for custom orders can be fulfilled. If it is something I am unable to do I will do my best to direct you to someone who could.

Custom and personalized orders

Cancellations on custom orders are only accepted within 24 hours of the order being placed and a quote being given.

Custom order requests will be given a quote/price, and so long as you and I both agree on the price, we will move forward with the custom order.

Please note that if you request a large custom order, it will take time to complete.
