If the item is damaged, upon arrival, please send me a message within 48 hours of delivery. Please also include a photo of the damaged item and the packaging, that way I can file a shipping claim with USPS. From there I will do my best to get a new item out to you as soon as possible.

Delays can happen with shipping; Designs by Tenisha will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders. But if you contact me I will do my best to help with the situation.

Due to the nature of my work, please contact me within 24 hours if you need to cancel your order.

Returns or exchanges are not offered at this time, please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

Colors on screen will not always appear the same, shifting can occur

- After you purchase the listing you will see a link to the Downloads page where you can download the file(s) with the order

- Click “View your files” from either the download page or through the email sent from Etsy

- Save the file & Print (at home or at a print shop)

- PLEASE NOTE: File(s) are available once your payment is confirmed, if your payment is still processing you’ll see a notice at the top of the page

OR

- Go under the Purchases and Reviews tab under your Etsy account

- Select on the order then click on the download link
