Thanks for taking the time to browse my Etsy Shop and read about my small online business. I hope the information I have provided below is useful. However, please always feel free to contact me with any additional questions.

All arrangements are uniquely designed. I use pictures of previous orders to create a listing on an idea that can be done. However, brides can choose their own colors, flowers and style and even create their own package with other ideas and pictures found elsewhere. The majority of my business is in custom wedding designing. Quality is very high priority for me. If using artificial floral, I believe that the quality of the flowers can make or break the look. All flowers used in my arrangements are top of the line permanent botanicals.

Accepted payment methods

Pay Pal and Etsy's Direct Checkout are the accepted methods of payment.

Flowers will not be mailed until payment is collected in full.
Shipping
All orders are created after purchase. Please allow at least 6 weeks after purchase for destination wedding packages to be mailed. Large custom ordered wedding packages will take longer, please contact me for details. Depending on the size of the order, boutonnieres and corsages will be mailed 2-4 weeks after purchase. Hair flowers will be mailed about 1 week after purchase. Custom hair flower orders will take longer.

**If items are needed for a specific event, please inform me of the timeline so I can be sure to have it to you as needed or inform you that it will not be able to be done so you can plan accordingly.**

The postal service does not guarantee time frame delivery or tracking outside of the US for international packages shipping "First Class International". If wanting either, please contact me and I can arrange to ship it using another method for additional fees.

I am not responsible for customs or additional taxing fees. If ordering outside of the US, please be prepared to pay any additional customs or taxes required upon arrival.

I cannot be responsible for loss and damage at the fault of the delivery service. I will be happy to assist in processing a claim in any way possible. All wedding packages will be shipped insured, hair flower orders are not. Please let me know if you would like your hair flowers insured. Addtional fees will apply.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am confident that you will be completely satisfied with your flowers. However, if for any reason you are unhappy, please contact me within 3 days after arrival.

If your design was custom created to suit the look and color of your choice, a refund cannot be given. However, I will be happy to correct any visible flaws or mistakes. If color matching, quality or craftsmanship is a concern, please order a sample bouquet to ensure you are getting what you want. If I have made an error, I will pay the shipping. However, if it is just personal preference and I have done the best possible job with the information collected, I will be happy to fix something up with or without charge (depending on the circumstance)… but you pay the shipping. Please be clear about your desires.

If your design was pre-created and being sold outright, I will be happy to refund your money in full. Please contact me within 3 days arrival and ship the item unused in the exact condition it was received within 5 days. Once the item is received in excellent condition, I will refund the full purchase price. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping and handling charges.

Additional policies and FAQs
All custom packages originated through Etsy will be given a specific listing through Etsy to complete the order.

Please be sure to allow plenty of time for your wedding flowers to arrive before the wedding date. It usually works best for the due date to be about 1 month before the actual wedding date.

It is rarely too early to reserve your wedding date. If your wedding is several months away and you’d like to reserve the date and flowers chosen, 50% deposit is required. Full payment is due before flowers will be shipped.

If wanting to order wedding flowers less than 3 months before the wedding date, prices may be higher than those listed in my shop.

Permanent Botanicals are “seasonal” in a sense, in the same way as real. Meaning, certain colors and flowers are typical of certain seasons and more widely available during those times. So, if there’s a look you’d like that may be out of season, please be sure to book the date ahead of time so I can get it while it’s in.

Please contact me for pricing on matching items. Bouquets, Boutonnieres, Corsages, Cake Toppers, Pew and Chair Décor, and Center Pieces are among the items the items that can be designed for your wedding.

I do my best to return emails, convos and facebook messages within 48 hours. Wedding quotes can take about a week to get back as they require more work and research. If needing to get a hold of me quickly, please don't hesitate to call or text!

NEW IN 2015:

After 2014, I have found it necessary to implement new policies on wedding package refunds. Please read carefully.

When booking a wedding, I will set a due date and do my very best to honor that date. However, if a bride decides to alter the package in any way, that date is subject to change. This includes adding items to the package, changing designs after they're complete or partially complete and/or changing flower choices. After original approval photos are sent, I will do ONE adjustment free of charge. After that, additional adjustments will be subject to a $25 fee. If requesting alternate flowers after the original supply order has been placed, the bride is responsible for the additional cost of materials. I will always ensure that flowers arrive in time for the wedding. However, if I feel I'm unable to produce the product desired, I reserve the right to cancel and refund in full.

Due to time spent in communication, ordering flowers, research and establishing a design plan as well as cost of materials, refunds on weddings booked will be given on a tiered basis. Once a wedding is booked, a lot of time and money is invested. Therefore, if a bride changes her mind on using my services after booking, the following refund policy will apply.

I am truthfully an extremely easy person to work with. Nothing pleases me more than working with brides to bring their flower envisions to life. I often end up building such a wonderful relationship with my custom wedding customers that I'm sad to see them go when their order is complete! In turn, most of the weddings I do are referral based. Unfortunately, the sorts of infrequent scenarios described above have a direct impact on my other customers and in turn, all facets of my business. It is unfair for other brides when I'm needed to dedicate unreasonable time to an unsure and insatiable customer. Therefore, guidelines need to be established for these sorts of extremely rare situations.
