2 out of 5 starsUnfortunately, the color of the dress was not what was pictured. I spoke to the seller and she mentioned that this was a vintage piece and I should ask more questions - I did not think I had to... she would not let me return the item - buyers beware that her items are final sale. On the other hand, it was shipped super quickly!

For full transparency, I will disclose the actual dialogue. I Did not respond with "its a vintage piece and should have asked more questions", that is a irresponsible and frankly rude thing to say to a buyer. I responded kindly with The color was described accordingly with an assortment of pictures. The buyers original complaint was the button fell off after wearing it, which I responded, "the button was not loose or missing when I sent it out, which isnt the shops fault". I said I wouldn't accept a return due to that the color was portrayed accurately, and the button falling off after wearing it were not the shops responsibility. I think my reviews and reputation speak for the shop quite well, and I would never speak down to or not be willing to work with a customer if an issue is indeed my fault.
