PHLPOST CURRENTLY DOES NOT SHIP TO UK. UK orders will be shipped via DHL eCommerce. There are parcel acceptance restrictions currently in the UK but orders will be shipped as scheduled. As such, packages may stay undelivered at your local post office for a certain period of time. In such cases, you may contact or visit your local post office to check if your package is already with them 2 weeks or so after receiving your tracking number.

You can upgrade your shipping to DHL eCommerce (postal) or DHL Express for faster and more secure shipping. Heavy orders will automatically be shipped out via DHL eCommerce. Message me for shipping upgrades if they're not available for your country at checkout. Asian countries may upgrade to EMS shipping, transit is 3-7 working days.

A lilium for your devotion

In the language of flowers, lilies mean dedication and devotion. And that's how the shop got its name.

Run by a one girl team, Lilium—by Dettsu conceptualizes and creates fandom experiences in the form of fan made merchandise, an embodiment of a fan's devotion to their fave or bias.

Although Dettsu has had experience in creating art, merch, and selling in cons as well as organizing fan events, the store started gaining traction online when quarantine started in our area last March 2020. Due to circumstances brought about by 2020, Dettsu became a full time artist able to focus on the development of Lilium and its creative products.

Through Lilium, Dettsu is fulfilling her dream of being able to support herself doing the things she loves. And eventually, the same things that had kept her going for so long are now finally helping her grow and transition into a new life as she creates her own space and further grows Lilium into a lush, abundant, and much more plentiful garden.

The creation of Lilium has been helping Dettsu earn a living despite the difficulties of quarantine, and supporting her need to move away from her troubled home into a space she can call her own.

Shipping notes

Metro Manila has been under quarantine since March 15, 2020 until as of this writing (March 18, 2021). Local post offices still cannot ship packages to some countries, so the store has no choice but to use the only available couriers.

Regular Mail via post office: USA, Canada, some parts of Asia only
Postal via DHL eCommerce: UK and est of the world
DHL Express: Worldwide in 3-5 business days

Transit time is usually 10-15 working days but because of delays caused by the pandemic, transit time may take up to 25-30 working days depending on your country's available postal service.

* Delays for UK packages due to bad combo of Covid + Brexit

Regular Mail: ships every Friday
DHL Postal: ships every week
DHL Express: ships weekly or as needed

What to do if my package never arrived? pt. 1

Because of Covid-19, many are suffering due to delays in postal service around the world. Many countries still have restrictions for parcel acceptance so patience is truly needed in this time.

Packages that usually take 15-20 working days to arrive have recently been taking up to 25-30 working days to be delivered.

* working days do not include weekends and local holidays

It may take longer than that depending on where you live and when you order items, so consider whether to buy during peak season or holiday rush.

All shipments have tracking numbers. If your order hasn't arrived yet, check your tracking. You may check with your local post office if it's already there by giving them the tracking number.

What to do if my package never arrived? pt. 2

If your local post office still does not have your package, kindly wait a little longer. They might be taking time to sort mail due to being short staffed during a pandemic.

On the event that your package does not arrive in 60 working days after ship out date OR your tracking number isn't working by this time, you are eligible for getting a REPLACEMENT. Just message me.

* ship out date is when you receive the tracking number

Replacement items are FREE. Customers will just pay additional shipping fee of 6 USD, the cheapest option with tracking for packages up to 100g / 4oz in weight.

Expedited shipping via EMS is an available option for 30 USD.

What to do if my package never arrived? pt. 3

If you message me 70 or more working days after your order was shipped out to report that it still has not arrived to you, I will send replacement items for FREE. Replacement items will be sent out via PHLPost Regular Mail and shipping fee will be shouldered by the seller.

Expedited shipping via EMS is an available option for 15 USD.

If your replacement package does not arrive in 30 working days after ship out date OR your tracking number isn't working by this time, you are eligible for getting a REFUND. Just message me.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE DONE VIA ETSY.

Refunds and transactions started within Etsy and moved outside Etsy are not allowed by Etsy TOS.

Shiggy Hands apparel notes

Made to order items include the Shigaraki Hands Shirts and Shorts. This means they are on made-to-order basis, and are printed and shipped out from depending on where you're based (USA, Europe, Australia).

The rest of the items in the store are with me here in the Philippines. If you order the made to order items with any other item, the made to order items will be shipped separately and ahead of time. The rest of the items will be shipped out depending on availability (on-hand items) or the schedule of release (pre-order items).

There is no additional charge for the separate shipments.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is available for a fee!

If your packages is marked as a gift but you did not click the gift wrapping option, your order will not be gift wrapped.

You can message me if you have special requests for your gifts!

IMPORTANT: Please be mindful of the store's shipping schedules and if the item you want to purchase is on-hand or pre-orders. Production cannot do rushed orders especially for personalized items and items that take long to produce.
