At that time, it will also not be possible to purchase Canada Post shipping either on Etsy or at Canada Post retail counters until the dispute is resolved." -Canada Post

1. There are NO exchanges or refunds on product.
2. No returns or refunds on Custom orders.
3. We cannot hold items until paid for
4. We must receive payment within 2 days or the sale will be canceled
5. Due to cost of shipping purchases totaling less than $50 will NOT have a tracking number. A tracking number can be purchased by the buyer upon request. ***** (updated Feb 9 2015) Shipping prices have gone up and so has online shopping. We have raised our shipping prices slightly. We will pay for the maximum shipping we can with the shipping we charge. If you are overpaying for shipping by $5 or more we will refund the difference. We would like as many orders as possible to have tracking numbers but if your item is traveling far it might be extremely expensive so you must ask in advance and pay the difference to guarantee you receive a tracking number. Again, we only pay for the maximum shipping we can with your shipping payment. This may or may not include a tracking number depending on the destination.*****

Great service and shipping but I was disappointed that they are thin & quite see-through and cant be worn by themselves. Id love them more & wear them every day if the fabric was thicker. I think you should add a disclaimer to your listing.

Thank you so much for your support. You're our priority but in order to keep the ship running smoothly we do have some policies:
1. We cannot hold items until paid for.
2. We must receive payment within 2 days or the sale will be canceled.
3. We are not responsible for lost shipments. Please let us know if you would like insurance included with your item and we can add it to the cost. ***** (updated Feb 9 2015) Shipping prices have gone up and so has online shopping. We have raised our shipping prices slightly. We will pay for the maximum shipping we can with the shipping we charge. If you are overpaying for shipping by $5 or more we will refund the difference. We would like as many orders as possible to have tracking numbers but if your item is traveling far it might be extremely expensive so you must ask in advance and pay the difference to guarantee you receive a tracking number. 4. All items are shipped within a week of payment though the shipping times vary greatly depending on where you are located. If you need faster shipping contact us for details. We will try to ship as fast as possible but we are a very small company and we do our best.
5. All online sales are final! No exceptions. Please ask all the questions you need to before purchasing and feel free to come into one of our 3 store locations rather than shopping online.

We try to accept every method of payment so if you have another method not mentioned please contact us otherwise paypal, visa, mastercard, or personal cheque are all accepted.

We charge Canadian taxes to Canadian customers in accordance with the law. This varies between provinces.

Buyer is responsible for all duties.
Shipping
If you would like us to place insurance on your package let us know and we can get a quote before shipping for you. We will need to apply the extra fees before shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges
All online sales are final no exceptions. Underwear, footed thigh highs and earring sales are very final. It is a matter of hygiene and we stand behind this policy. Please ask any necessary questions before purchasing.

Again, sorry, we aren't responsible for lost packages. Once your item is in the mail stream it is out of our hands. If you would like a tracking number you must message us prior to purchase so we can estimate the cost.
