Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your items / service for any reason, please contact me with the problem before leaving a feedback.
Friendly customer service is my first priority and I'll do best to solve the problem in reasonable for you way.
Returns and exchanges:
• Are always welcome.
• Time frame: 2 weeks after you have received the package - items should be shipped back only to us within that time frame. Item must be not used in the same package. Shipping back there paid by the buyer.
• I will refund your money when the goods come back.
• Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 1 month from posting date and tracking info approves that.
• I will fill in the claim about the lost on our own.
• While the claim is being proceed, I would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.
• All packages are sent via International registered airmail.
• Tracking number, delivery confirmation and insurance are already included.
• Regular shipping via this method is FREE for Worldwide.

• Delivery via regular method takes about 1-3 weeks (sometimes up to 1 month) depending on your location.
