**Well our family made it to sunny Texas, even though it's been a little hectic I am ready to open for business. I am still unpacking (and probably will be until Christmas - knowing me! Ha!)

**Shipping - USPS has increased it's postage rates for both domestic and international shipments. The international rates have drastically increased (including Canada). I've updated my rates to be in line with the USPS costs. The ship price includes both the First Class postage rate and packing materials but not insurance (domestic or international). If you would like to insure your package, please let me know (I recommend this service, particularly with international shipments). If you want to upgrade your shipping please just convo me and I will make the adjustment. I will fit as much as possible into a small priority flat rate box. If you'd like expedited shipping, I can do that, too. If you have any other questions, please feel free to send me a message.

Welcome to my online boutique! I am so excited to share what I love, with you. Please feel free to convo with any questions... I love a good challenge. I purchase beads from all over the world and many times I try to repurchase something, only to find that it is no longer available. So if you like something please don't wait - the next time you look it may be gone. I strive to make things that cannot be duplicated by others. I like knowing that the things I make cannot be purchased at your local mall or catalog parties.

Payment

I accept paypal or direct checkout as methods of payment. Payment is due within 7 days of purchase. Failure to do so may result in negative feedback and cancellation of your order.

I understand the checkout system can be a little confusing. Let me walk you through the payment process! After checking out, you will need to PROCEED TO PAYMENT if paying by paypal or credit card.

Shipping

I don't believe in making money from shipping so I try to keep the shipping costs to a minimum.

U.S.A. BUYERS: I ship via USPS First-class mail. Please contact me if you want to upgrade to Priority mail. I would be happy to insure your package for an additional charge. Please let me know if you want to add insurance.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I ship worldwide with USPS first class international mail. Please contact me for additional shipping options.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will do exchanges ONLY for items purchased within 10 days of original purchase. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Custom orders are NOT refundable. Please make sure you estimate your size correctly. I cannot be responsible for errors in sizing. Resizing is $10.00 PER STRAND or item (plus shipping) because it takes the same amount of time to create your gift the second time, as it did originally.

I try to take the best pictures possible with my camera. Having said that, sometimes the lighting is still not the best. I will try to be as accurate as I can in my description so that you aren't dissapointed.
