Custom and personalised orders
We are delighted that you show interest in our work, unfortunately, we do not take custom requests, but we do take custom color changes for some of our products, please contact us if you want a specific colors for some of our listings.
How to download my purchase?
After you made a purchase you will receive an email from Etsy with all information needed, or you can navigate to https://www.etsy.com/ie/your/purchases and here you will find all your orders.
The PDF file will be available for download and you can open it in Browser or in Acrobat Reader, on the first page of the PDF you will see the big text " CLIK TO DOWNLOAD" when you click on it it will start downloading design you ordered.
We do include in the PDF the Knowledge base link and setup guides or setup guides can be found in PDF itself.
The reason for PDF is that Etsy has a limit of 20MB for files and i most cases our file is much bigger.

Animated Files
For decorations, animated overlays, cam frames, etc.. here are some tips on how to setup in OBS/Streamblas/StreamElements
✦ Drag the background in the OBS/SLOBS
✦ Drag additional modular elements into the OBS/SLOBS and position them as you like
✦ Resize and reposition as you see fit
✦ Add more elements or just duplicate the ones you already added
✦ FOR ANIMATED FILES DON’T FORGET TO CHECK THE LOOP IN THE SETTINGS
