    sweet things are made of these...

    My mum is a native ethnic beader and a part time tailor. She specializes in ethnic handicrafts and local costumes. So thanks to her I was introduce to the art of beading and costume embroidery at an early age. After graduated from a local University, I began to realize that I have a passion towards jewelry so I began creating simple jewelry for friends and they gave me words of encouragement to follow my dreams...

    With hard work and peseverance, everything was self-taught, not a single fancy jewelry classes. It's a tough journey but at least I am happy in my moment of creating...

    All sales are final. So, it is very important to me that you love the jewelry that you have purchased. However, if you are not happy with the pieces, or something needs adjusting, please let me know.

    All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and must be sent and received in condition that they were sent within 15 business days.

    Shipping charges are not refundable. Sale items and custom designs are non-refundable.

    I accept payment through Paypal by debit/credit cards only because it is faster & safer for both seller as well as buyer.

    When confirming a purchase, please do send clear details, address and other vital information.

    All packages are shipped from Malaysia, using registered mail by Pos Malaysia Berhad/Malaysian Postal Office with tracking number and normally will takes up to 10-15 working days to arrived.

    I do provide Express Mail - delivery within 3-5 working days depending on which country you are staying. However, please do contact me for quotes first, if you wish to use this service.

    Shipping is within 48 hours of receiving payment and delivery schedules from Monday to Friday.

    All orders will ship to the Etsy address given, if not please state under "Message to seller".

    *IMPORTANT NOTE*

    Please understand that I wont be responsible for items that are shipped WITH NO INSURANCE which is the default method. If you want to be covered in case of damage or loss please REQUEST INSURANCE and I will gladly send you an updated invoice.

    I absolutely adore pretty packages. All pieces will be cordially packed in a beautiful jewelry box, wrapped with tissue and sealed in a yellow bubble padded envelope.

    ♦ TENDER, LOVING, CARE ♦

    All my jewelries are crafted with lots of TLC and with extra attention. They have been tested by me ;). However, hand-crafted jewelry is much more fragile than commercial jewelry, so they should be handled with care and respect.
