1. Information for making an order
When purchasing items, please provide the following information in the order comments:
- Your mobile phone number and your working email address;
- Wedding date (it is very important!). Or the date by which you want to receive
your order;
- Special requests (even if you have contacted our company for the first time);
- Other information (size, color, etc.).
After placing an order, by e-mail you will receive a coupon that can be used in our store for your future purchases :).
You're making the right choice, because:
We are the team of inspired masters of the handmade products, chasing the latest trends and bringing them into life. Our expertise in the international market is over 4 years and during that time we have been presented with a thousand of smiles of our satisfied customers from around the world. All our work is aimed to ensure that your celebration / the most important day can be magical. That is why you can tell us about all the wishes you have, and we will realize everything the way you imagine.

1.1 If after placing an order we have not immediately contacted you, please do not worry. You have made the exact order, and it will be sent to you as soon as possible. Once we have completed your order, we will send you a photo to confirm. From this point we will be waiting for your reply within 36 hours. Please respond to our message, especially if your order is personalized or redesigned.
If we have not received an answer from you, then we will send your order as it is by the planned shipment date. Your approval is very important for us, and not less important is being sure that your order arrives on time!

1.2 CUSTOM ORDER.
We always meet our clients! :).
If you want to get something completely new (the design which we do not have in our store) or change something, you just need to request a Custom order. And we will definitely do it for you.

1.3 Personalization
1.3.1 We can personalize absolutely all our products :).
If you have already bought the products without personalization, you can buy any item separately:

1.3.2 If you have paid for personalization without specifying the information we
need, we will contact you.
- If you do not respond to us prior to the planned ship date, we will ship your order without personalization.
1.3.3 Payment for the performed personalization through your fault is not refunded.
1.3.4 If you have given incorrect information for personalization. In order to change this information:
1.3.4.1 Before your order has been executed;
– You can just let us know and we will do the correct personalization.
1.3.4.2 After your order has been executed;
- If your personalization is:
a) Engraving (glass or metal);
b) Candle print.
We are very sorry but we cannot change the given kinds of personalization.
However, this situation can be resolved by buying your item (without shipping fee).
Please let us know about it.
- If your personalization is:
a) inscription with paints;
b) initials with rhinestones.
You have to re-pay personalization only. The necessary information can be found in paragraph 1.3.1 of these Regulations.

Returns and exchange details
Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties connected with shipping of purchases in their respective countries. If in the process of production of goods for some reason we change some of the details or design, we will coordinate it with you in the messages.

1. After placing an order
If immediately after the purchase for some reason you want to cancel your order, please contact us (you can do it within 3 hours):
- If the order has not been made yet, we guarantee a 85% refund of the price.
(We are working through an intermediary, so we cannot get back their commission).
Please, be careful!

2. When your order is ready for shipment
If your order has already been made, but not sent, and for some reason you need to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.
2.1 Shipping costs will be refunded 100% in any case.
2.2 If your order has been made without any custom changes, 85% will be
refunded.
2.3 CUSTOM ORDER.
- If your items have been changes of color or design, we will send you the pictures of these changes. In this case, the products will be shipped only after your approval within 36 hours. If we have not received a reply to a message with a photo of the finished order, shipping will be made under paragraph 1.1 of these Regulations.
- If we have done everything exactly as you asked, but you do not like it, we will do everything we can to do it right with your help.
But if you still do not like the product and want to cancel it, you will be refunded
50% of the price + postage.
2.3.1 Refunds for PERSONALIZATION
2.3.1.1 If the order is made with engraving:
Engraving - kind of personalization, which can not be changed, it is done once and for all. We do engraving manually! It differs from the laser engraving.
If you want to cancel the order with an engraving before sending, we will refund you the amount of delivery.
If you want to cancel the order after sending, we will not refund you anything
2.3.1.2 If the order has been executed with printing on the candle:
If you want to cancel the order before sending, we will refund you the amount of delivery.
If you want to cancel the order after sending, we will not refund you anything.
2.3.1.3 If the order was made with initial crystals, inscription paint
If you want to cancel the order before sending, we will refund you the amount of delivery.
If you want to cancel the order after sending, we will not refund you anything.

3. Once you have received your product
Dear clients, before sending the products we usually send you a photo of the finished order to confirm (see paragraph 1.1 of these Regulations).
3.1 If the product you received is not what you ordered, and it has been sent to you by our mistake, we will make you a 100% refund or send a new one at our expense.
3.2. We are working carefully to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. We can change for you this or that element, if you pay shipping both ways. If you are dissatisfied with your order, it can be returned within 7 days. As soon as we receive the item in its original form (as this product should not be used by you), we make you a refund of 85% of the value of the product, without delivery fee. (You pay for shipping of the product back to us).
3.3. If you received a damaged package
Within 1 day after receiving the product send us a photo of the product, as well as a photo of the package. We will consider your case individually and do our best to make you satisfied. If you have not done it, we are sorry, but in this case we cannot make you a refund.
3.4. Elements with the change of design and personalization are not refunded!

4. If your order has been made in less than a month before your wedding.
Dear client! If your wedding is in less than 30 days (45 days for Australia, New Zealand) or the date by which you want to get your order and you still buy our product, you agree to the risks that may arise during the delivery of the goods. We will try to send it on time (please specify your wedding date!).
4.1. If you have not received your order on time.
You can return the item back to us (postage is at your expense). We will refund you 80% of the value of the product (postage will not be refunded).
* - Refunds will be made only after we have received the item back.
** - If you have not specified your wedding date in the order comments, we can send your order within 14 days after the payment. (Refund procedure will be carried out at para. 2.4).

5. If your wedding is in more than 30 days (45 days for Australia, New Zealand).
- You have not received your order within 1 month from the date of delivery.
(Your order has been lost or there have been some problems with it). We will refund you 100% of the cost of the product and 100% of the cost of the delivery. Please give us some time to figure out what's wrong with your parcel.

6. Unclaimed parcels
6.1 If you have not received the parcel, and it returned to us marked "unclaimed"
means that your package is at your post office. Your parcel can be at the post office up to 7-10 days. If you have not taken it on time, the parcel will be sent back to us.
а) If the item is not personalized, you will be refunded:
- 85% of the cost of the product, postage will not be refunded.
б) If the item is personalized:
- 0% of the cost of the product, postage will not be refunded.
6.2. You can also re-pay shipping and we will send your package to you again. In
order to do this, please contact us.
Payment
Full payment must be made within 72 hours after the purchase. If the payment has not been received within 3 days, your order will be canceled. We only accept PayPal payment method.
For customers from California the tax is 8%.
Shipping
Before shipping your order we will send you a photo and wait for your confirmation.

1. Standard delivery
We ship your orders by International Airmail from Ukraine so your parcel will have a tracking number.
Average delivery time is 7-30 working days. Approximate delivery time to some regions and countries is:
Europe - 7-14 days;
USA - 14 - 25 days;
Canada - 14 - 25 days;
Australia - 2 - 4 weeks.
All products are carefully packaged for shipping.
* Please note that delivery time may vary and we can not be responsible for any loss or delay, especially during national holidays! Special in the Christmas holidays the delivery time for some items increased by 1.5 -2 times.
1.1. Delivery in winter and periods of national holidays for parcels, which was send to the USA from 1 November to 31 December
Delivery during national holidays and winter may increase by 2-3 weeks in mind the work of instability mail. Please, if your wedding is too close to these days, let us know, iy offer you expedited shipping method!
If you do not receive the parcel in time in this period, we will refund you 75% of the order value, but only after we receive the package back to the original form.


Also ask to draw your attention that the parcels to Australia and Great Britian not tracked.

2. Express delivery
We also provide an opportunity of express delivery (3-4 working days)! In order to do this, please contact us.

3. Package tracking
After your order has been sent, you will receive an email to your email address. In this email you will get a tracking number and instructions for the tracking. One of the websites where you can track your parcel is http://www.track-trace.com/. Also, in addition to tracking and receipt of the notification, we would strongly recommend you to call the post office of your country after delivery deadline. Please!

Unfortunately, on October 16, 2015 the United States post unilaterally cancelled the service of tracking of postal items on the US for a number of countries including Ukraine, so its tracking will not be available outside of Ukraine. This information you can better examine by clicking this link:

* For some countries, such as Australia and the United Kingdom. It is a pity, but in these countries there is no way to keep track of international parcels.

***Champagne glasses care instructions***

To save the beauty of your wedding champagne flutes, please follow some simple instructions:
- do not scratch the decoration with a sharp or hard objects,
- do not try to take off any details of the decoration,
- do not clean in the dishwasher. Gentle hand washing is allowed.
- if the decoration includes fabric elements - try not to wet the tiny fabric flowers with wine, champagne or even water. That may change the color of fabric.

This applies to all of the toasting flutes in my store, unless some other specific care instructions are included on the item description of a particular item.
