Arrive quickly. I haven't started the pattern yet, but it seems easy to follow. The kit was packaged well, with some other helpful information and tips. The thread is organized well. I can't wait to stitch this!

About

A designer/metal fabricator who loves to cross stitch and dream up fun new projects in her spare time!

I am an Interior Designer, and avid crafter that has been crocheting and doing embroidery since I was a kid. My mom macrame'd and cross stitched, my Oma got me going with crocheting, and my other grandmother started me on plastic canvas needlework. What can I say.... I was a Seventies kid! I really became passionate about cross stitch a few years ago when my sister handed me a partially completed kit, and asked if I would finish it. Needless to say, I was hooked! While I loved practising with other people's patterns, I couldn't always find the modern content I was looking for. Making my own patterns has been great because the sky is the limit in terms of ideas. My ideas come traditional ethnic textiles, graffiti, travelling, nature... you name it!

Do you accept refunds/exchanges?

I generally do not accept returns or exchanges, but if you are truly unhappy with your product, I would like to help you in any way I can. Please contact me through Etsy conversations, and I'll do my very best to find a solution that works. If a refund is negotiated, the kit must be returned to me prior to issuing the refund. The cost of shipping would be as the purchasers expense.

My kit was damaged in the mail, what do I do?

I ensure that your package is wrapped properly prior mailing. Diana Watters Handmade cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur while the package is in transit. That being said, I'm here to help! Contact me and we can talk about it.

There's a problem with my kit, help!

If for any reason there is a problem with your kit contents,

(ie. missing thread or needle, or a problem with the pattern), just get in touch with me, and we'll work it out together!

I am a one lady show, and little mistakes are bound to happen :)

Why are your Cross stitch kits different prices?

My kits are priced based on the size and complexity of the pattern. My larger kits include more fabric, larger hoops, and more thread. The smaller kits use less of everything, and are usually simpler patterns. I scale the pricing so I can offer the best price for each kit to you!
